About time. How long has this been reprted, over and over ad nauseam. No one has done a thing. I wonder if money has not been exchanged for inaction.

The penalties should be doubled and there should be a financial penalty that enables the state to confiscate all money and property from the guilty and their families. The guilty should be publically named.
