Don't just cut off their water... cut the electricity, seal every border (we now see what we get when we re-open a crossing), recapture all of Gaza and the Philadelphia border and don't move from the area until Shalit is back home. We left Gaza and we now have a soldier in captivity and Qassams inside pre-1967 lines. Everyone that was for the withdrawal used one of 2 arguments: "If they'll keep firing missiles, the IDF will pound them" or "if it doesn't prevent missiles we can always recapture the area". Well, its way beyond time to implement this. Either plow down Gaza or seal it and recapture it until Gilad is back home having Kiddush with his family.
