Moslems destroyed our synagogues in Gaza, and 58 synagogues in Jerusalem between 1948 and 1967. The world stood idly by and watched. First the Jews, then the Christians, just like the Nazis did. When will the world put a stop to this Moslem aggression?

Why isn't there a wise Muslim leader who can stand up and denounce such violence and show that the Pope was simply reading an ancient quote?? Also what is the responsibility of the press in all this as they have misquoted the Pope in order to incite a reaction from Muslims??

There are only 2000 Christians in the Gaza Strip, living alongside a population of 1.4 million Muslims. What right does this small handful of Christians have to offend the Muslim majority with their presence? Clearly, these Christians knew what they were getting into when they decided to provoke the Muslims by living there, so they deserve whatever happens to them now. The rules of decency and common sense demand that all the Christians in Muslim Gaza should be forcibly deported, their homes destroyed, and their land turned over to the Muslims. Oh wait, I forgot -- those rules apply only to Jews...

Now, Muslims are more likely to have manners, i mean some of them here are, but these guys who have done such attack aren't related 2 Eslam, as they all say, these guys just think of killin' non-Muslims because, as they think, it's written in there Quran, which is not true... There has once been an incedent where Plaestinian militants have been hidding in the church of Jericho & they got to know a little more about christians, they even said that they have never seen such people as respectful as the christians in the Plaestinian terrirories.... Peggy, you are right. Can you imagine if the Pope were Jewish. Oy Veh! We have tsoris already with muslims around the world. It seems they can only teach rage hatred and destruction and find a verse in the koran to justify it. Why are the millions of sane nuslims allowing their religion to be hijacked....... or is that really what the whole religion is about. I really like to think not.

I find the remarks and calls for war, death, and violence emanating from the Muslim and Islamic centers totally disgusting. Because they have offended me and my fellow non-Muslim and non-Islamic brothers and sisters we have full justification to bomb you back to a pre Bronze Age status. My justication for this violent and forceful response to the Islamic reactions to the Pope are just as valid as their calls for violence and blood shed.

I think they are stuck there and are not allowed to leave. Otherwise, they would have already left. The US would surely have welcomed them with open arms. I feel bad for them now and will be praying for them.
