Let our leaders not be confused by Abbas' double talk. We cannot proceed with negotiations until he not only recognises the state of Israel but agrees that this state includes Jerusalem as its capital, and that the so-called refugees do not have the right of return. Otherwise, we are wasting our time. These must be pre-conditions before any negotiations start
