31. Christians in Israel
Ron ,   Los Angeles   (09.26.06)
Trust me, Christians support Israel; I know this for a fact. All the haters on this talk back need to be more supportive of all Christians. Do not forget, Muslims also hate the Christians too. For me, I'm in support of this..... and I hope it continues for a long time. God Bless...... #21 THANK YOU!!!!
32. Revelations7:4
Adam Ghaznavi ,   London UK   (09.26.06)
I strongly advise every Jew/ Israeli, that thinks the support of the USA apocalyptics is such a wonferful boon to get themselves a copy of the New Testament, & look up the USA Rapture fraks favorite book, The Book of Revelations Chapter 7:4, which stipulates clearly that the global Jewish population must be reduced from 30 million to 144,000 (eg 12,000 from each tribe etc), Q WHAT happens to the other 29,856,000? Why they are cast to oblivion for rejecting our Lord & Saviour. WAKE UP YOU MORONS
33. #29 Josh...
Craig ,   USA   (09.26.06)
I am an evangelical...It sounds like you got hooked up with some fringe group. Just because you apparently encountered some who spoke "anti-semitic remarks" doesn't mean all Evangelical Christians harbor these feelings....They don't. As for those "helping to bring the one world order of the beast"...I imagine that many are working for this end, most probably are doing so inadvertently. I'm sure there are Jews, and so-called Christians, and Hindus and many others in great positions of power who are seeking this end...So What?? The Book of Revelation in the New Testament speaks of such...so of course Christians are likely to believe it and speak of it. How does this reflect upon the sincerity of millions of Christians such as myself who support Israel? I disagree with your conclusions regarding the contextual prophetic references in Torah not 'describing' or referring to Yeshua....But that is OK!! Christians and Jews disagree on this; that doesn't mean we aren't on the same team. We pray to the same God; we both await a Saviour (just disagree on who He is). The first Christians were all Jews!! Why do you seem to attempt to sew discord and mistrust between our groups who have so much in common?
34. #32 - Disagree too tempting
Josh   (09.26.06)
The good people die first as Revalation expresses–they don't die at all and the bad people die in Torah. You really have to consider the source and know your foundations. Suggest Jewish people should read devarim (Deut) 13 and understand that God does fullfill tests and curses. There was to be a messanger to test and collect and punish those Jews who did not do Torah by giving them a prophecy and a new god that was not known. Jesus tested everyone he talked to. He told some to go back to Torah and some he said should follow him. There is also a part of Torah that states if you have banned material in your house you will become ban like it. You be the judges of wheteher you think it a good idea to aquire such a book. I don't have it in my home–not for a long time.

Craig ,   USA   (09.26.06)
Revelations Chapter 7:4 refers specifically to a group of 144,000 Jews (12,000 from each tribe) who are described as "servants of God". They receive a special identifying mark or seal on their foreheads. These 'servants' are apparently set apart for a specific ministry or purpose. No where does Rev. 7:4 indicate that "the global Jewish population must be reduced from 30 million to 144,000". As I asked Josh...I ask you, why do you attempt to discredit the support that millions of Christians offer Israel and the Jewish people? It is obvious you think little of the Christian Scriptures...that is OK. Does that make us enemies? Some of you sound as though you would be hard pressed to answer the question: "who do you fear the most, Islamic fundamentalists or Christians?" This is difficult to understand for us.
36. Christians cannot support cluster bombs
Marcello ,   Italy   (09.27.06)
Nor islamic kamikaze bombers. You are not so different from arabs like you think you are. Neither are we Italians, especially southerners. Mind your own religion. Nobody's doing that. Christians are killing, how's that for "love thy enemy"?
37. Christian leaders show support for Parasites

40. Stupid Christians
Edi ,   Fort Worth, USA   (09.27.06)
If you dumbass Evangelical Christians really knew what we Jews thought of you, you wouldn't so supportive! Personally, I don't want your support, help, money, or anything else. You have an ulterior motive - an agenda - to convert me and my family to your false pagan "Christ." Jesus is called "son of the morning star" in Revelations. In the "Old Testament" as you refer to it, Satan is also called that. Are Satan and Jesus the same? Has Satan been in disguise all this time, going by the name of Jesus, trying to convince people that he is the Messiah? If you look at all the crimes that Christianity has been responsible for throughout history, I'd say it's true! Satan=Jesus. Get rid of this demon Jesus and don't look back. And while you're at it, leave us the hell alone.
41. go back to rev. 3:9
ARMY DART ,   Babylon, U.S.A.   (09.27.06)
it's deeper than that. you must understand that they are not the jews!!! the true jews do not possess the power to destroy other nations by physichal means!!! only the devil has that power!!!
42. Jews better off without Christians
FM ,   Seattle, USA   (09.27.06)
It's true: Jews are better off without the Christians because their support is not genuine, it's selfish. They support Israel as part of "fulfilling prophecy". They want to use Israel as as ally against Muslims, but believe all Jews will either convert or perish when Jesus comes back. Good luck with that one. On the other hand, Jews don't really support Christians either--calling them derrogatory things like "goyim". They also use Christians for their war against arabs and muslims. Both sides are using eachother. Both are wrong and both are doomed....but for different reasons. Christians shouldn't trust Israelis--not all Jews, just Israelis--because they don't really care about anyone but themselves and what others can do for them. Jews shouldn't trust Christians, because they don't have the same interests, and ultimately just want to convert the Jews. Both groups should realize that their religions are not the answer to anything, and only serve to divide them. Religion, in general, divides us instead of uniting us. how are we ever going to come together with all of this division? All the while any religious person thinks--erroneously--that their religion is the "right" one, the only "right" one, (otherwise they'd choose some other religion). It's all stupid. Too much death and destruction in the name of religion so far. You don't need religion. do ggod for the sake of doing good, not because someone is telling you to, making you do it, threatening you with damnation or anything else. Just do good because it's the right thing to do.
43. NUTS!!
Dan ,   Toronto Canada   (09.27.06)
All you need to get a grip..no GOD, no second coming, no Allah, just humans. If we continue to kill each other over a supposed GOD, we are just animals....wake up and smell the flesh burning...idiots
44. #33 response and #40
Josh   (09.27.06)
Adam asks why my posts are not in support of "good" Christian people supporting Israel. I personally view Christians as the fallen Jews who failed the test of Deuteronomy 13. Hence no 13th floors and Friday the 13 terror. I am of the belief that evangelists and Christian institutions are working the other side of Torah. The news is full of quirky signs and wonders surrounding churches, preachers, mass murders, school shooters, etc. Such blind fanatical faith that can be manipulated by every whim of a preacher or evangelist and it makes their support as stable as a castle built on sand. #40 It is ironic that you see this as Jesus did not use power of his own but received it from a lightning like strike from heaven. Ironically, Jesus stated that he saw Satan fall from heaven in a lightning bolt. (Kind of like the new War of the Worlds movie…eeh?). There was a Jewish boy (New Testament) who stated he thought Jesus was working for Satan. Jesus replied how can a house divided stand? Which was not a denial, in fact Torah was designed to support a divided house with some cursed and some blessed and always a future for the remnant of Israel. As God has heaven at his disposal, it is not unlikely that the fulfillment of the curses is being handled by none other than Satan. Possibly this situation is the great humiliation God promised for the world.
45. Christian leaders show support for Israel
Reverend of Rock ,   Tehachapi, USA   (09.27.06)
"But it is not as though the word of God has failed. For not all who are descended from Israel belong to Israel, and not all are children of Abraham because they are his offspring, but "Through Isaac shall your offspring be named." This means that it is not the children of the flesh who are the children of God, but the children of the promise are counted as offspring." Rom. 9:6-8 Will Christians ever learn the meaning of this passage? By supporting Israel (the nation), we are NOT supporting God's people. We are supporting a godless, semi-socialist country. That's all. God's "chosen people" are all believers everywhere. Learn this truth and many others will open up to you!
46. Are these really Christians
Michael ,   Oxford U.K   (09.27.06)
One thing is for sure they have lost the "Christian" spirit, what on earth are they thinking of? Israel is hell bent on ethnic cleansing and murder.
47. #45 - Romans!!!?
WOW   (09.27.06)
Consider the source of this book and their ability to counterdict Mosses. Romans were pagan invaders who sought to undermine Israel with corruption of their religion. The book means nothing if it doesn't support what Mosses deilevered and coincide with God's promise. By the way Israel Jews have a God – so godless we are not. You brilliantly demonstrate what is being stated– ready to go anywhere the wind blows with an underlying hatred for Jews.
48. ISREAL

if you are a jewish person well may God bless isreal. i hope you are prepared for the end times, because there coming to isreal first. God bless ya.
49. Humans need love not bombs...
kris ,   uk   (09.27.06)
Dan Of Canada I totally agree: What ever your "religion" each and every man, woman, or child killed (murdered) in the name of a god of love! must be the greatest atrocity known on this tiny planet since the birth of mankind.. It matters not what your political, corporate, religious ideology is, it is only people that are guilty of these crimes perpetrated on one another... It is simply the manipulation of the many by the few for their own self-serving GREED.. Peace.. Kris.
50. #26 Muslim Jesus-Isa is RADICALLY DIFFERENT from Bible Jesus
Linda Rivera ,   New York   (09.27.06)
Jesus Christ, the Israeli Jew practiced Judaism and taught from the Hebrew Bible. Jesus stated we MUST OBEY G-D's Laws, as G-D commanded in the Bible: "YOU SHALL NOT MURDER" G-D's requirement for ALL humanity is KINDNESS: Bible, Micah 6:8 And what does the L-RD require of you but to do justice, to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your G-D.
51. It's Amazing!
Larry Chasteen ,   Austin, Texas USA   (09.27.06)
It's amazing that the God of the Bible strictly speaks only of His spiritual Kingdom of Heaven and never a restored paradise on earth. Yet "Christianity," Islam, and "Judaism" all give lip service to the spiritual while advocating a Kingdom of God on Earth--Olam-ha-Ba (perfection of the physical world in the spirit of Cain.)
52. Will Christians Mobilize Demonstrations for PERSECUTED

Christianity Dying In Its Birthplace By Daniel Pipes FrontPageMagazine.com | September 13, 2005 http://www.frontpagemag.com/Articles/ReadArticle.asp?ID=19453 "What some observers are calling a pogrom took place near Ramallah, West Bank, on the night of Sep. 3-4. That’s when fifteen Muslim youths from one village, Dair Jarir, rampaged against Taybeh, a neighboring all-Christian village of 1,500 people. The Ajajs and their friends broke into houses and stole furniture, jewelry, and electrical appliances. They threw Molotov cocktails at some buildings and poured kerosene on others, then torched them. The damage included at least 16 houses, some stores,a farm, and a gas station. The assailants vandalized cars, looted extensively, and destroyed a statue of the Virgin Mary. “It was like a war,” one Taybeh resident told The Jerusalem Post. Hours passed before the Palestinian Authority security and fire services arrived. The fifteen assailants spent only a few hours in police detention, then were released. As for Khouriyye, the Palestinian police arrested him, kept him jail, and (his family says) have repeatedly beat him. A cousin, Suleiman Khouriyye, pointed to his burned house. “They did this because we’re Christians. They did this because we are the weaker ones.” The Khouriyyes and others recall the assailants shouting Allahu Akbar and anti-Christian slogans: “Burn the infidels, burn the Crusaders.” This assault fits a larger pattern. According to the Catholic Custodian of the Holy Land, Pierbattista Pizzaballa, Christians in the Bethlehem region alone have suffered 93 cases of injustice in 2000-04. In the worst of these, in 2002, Muslims murdered the two Amre sisters, 17 and 19 years old, whom they called prostitutes. A post-mortem, however, showed the teenagers to have been virgins – and to have been tortured on their genitals. “Almost every day – I repeat, almost every day – our communities are harassed by the Islamic extremists in these regions,” Pizzaballa says. “And if it’s not the members of Hamas or Islamic Jihad, there are clashes with … the Palestinian Authority.” In addition to the Islamists, a “Muslim land mafia” is said to operate. With PA complicity. it threatens Christian land and house owners, often succeeding to compel them to abandon their properties. The campaign of persecution has succeeded...Bethlehem and Nazareth, historic Christian towns for nearly two millennia, are now primarily Muslim. In 1922, Christians outnumbered Muslims in Jerusalem; today, Christians amount to a mere 2 percent of that city’s population." "Islamic mafia accused of persecuting Holy Land Christians" http://news.telegraph.co.uk/news/main.jhtml?xml=/news/2005/09/09/wmid09.xml Every single agreement has been broken by the PA/PLO, rendering Oslo, Road Map and ALL agreements NULL AND VOID. IDF, HELP! Stop Islamic cruelty. Liberate Christians from ALL terrorist organizations now!
53. Well Said #23
Mae ,   Canada   (09.28.06)
As a fellow Believer, I have been taught from a very young age to support and pray for the peace of Israel. They are very dear to my heart and am thankful for the opportunity I will have in November to visit this land and people that are constantly in our thoughts and prayers.
54. Israel needs friends and allies.
Adam Holland ,   Brooklyn NY USA   (09.28.06)
The idea, expressed by some commenters, that Israel should reject either all Christian or conservative Christian support defies logic. It goes without saying that Jews differ philosophically with Christianity. This difference becomes greater the more literalist the Christianity, and the more the Christian believes the "end of days" teaching that forecasts dire events for Jews who don't convert. However, if Christians don't impose these beliefs on Jews (and they don't) and don't attempt to bring about the end of days (and they don't), why on earth should we reject their friendship? This makes no sense to me whatsoever. Yes: express your disagreements, but don't throw away much needed allies!
55. Sounds like the formation of a religious coalition for war.
Knave Dave   (09.28.06)
"Leaders from both faiths will discuss ways in which Christians and Jews can together face the ominous challenge of radical Islam and extremism in the 21st century" Does the world really need another period of holy wars? Why should it be Christians and Jews against radical Islam? Why not Americans and Israelis against terrorists, whether Islamic or otherwise? The more we start drawing the lines on a religious basis, the more we fall into step on our way to religious wars. There is no need to bring religion into it. Even though Islamic terrorists are motivated by their religion, Americans and Israelis can fight terrorism through their secular governments on the basis that terrorism is wrong, not matter what its source. I'm suspecting there are some Christians and Jews ( a minority ) who would like to see this become a religious war so that God is on their side and will deliver a miraculous victory. If there are some Christians in this group with that inclination, they are strangely out of touch with their own Christian beliefs.
