Police tighten security for Ramadan    Efrat Weiss
1. Rewarding Bad Behavior
Israel's long history of appeasing Islamic violence has proven a failure. The enemy knows how to use incitement, threats and violence religiously and that Israel will always back down. Israel coddles the enemy while punishing her loyal citizens, Gush Katif, Amona are a few examples of this insanity which infects the rot at the top. They know Israel is afraid ,fearful and in retreat and the Israel is too weak to crush them. So things will get worse for Israel because of it's defeatist policy

2. How Is Yom Kippur Observed in Mecca?
Or for that matter in any of the so-called islamic countries? Allowing the moslems to worships their gods in Jerusalem contrasts rather significantly against the bigotry and hatred of the so-called islamic nations.

3. MECCA is HOLY to MUSLIMS; JERUSALEM is HOLY to the JEWS
There NEVER was an Arab country of Palestine. Jerusalem was NEVER the capital of any Arab or Muslim entity. At the time of Muhammad's death, there was not a single mosque in Jerusalem. Jerusalem is mentioned over 700 times in the Hebrew Bible, not once in the Koran. Muslims pray facing Mecca. It is Muslim practice to take over, desecrate and destroy the holy sites of other religions-Jews, Christians, Hindus, Buddhists, et al. Muslims build mosques on top of the holy sites of other religions to signify that their religion is superior to all others. Muslims did this on the Temple Mount. During Jordan's illegal occupation of Judea, Samaria and East Jerusalem from 1948-1967, no foreign Arab leaders visited Jerusalem. Jordanian radio broadcast Friday prayers not from Al-Aqsa Mosque, but from a mosque in Amman. Jordan destroyed 58 sacred synagogues in Jerusalem. Jordan's army desecrated the 2,500 year old Jewish cemetery on the Mount of Olives and used Jewish tombstones for pavement and latrines. All land, homes and buildings seized in the 1948 Islamic invasion of Judea, Samaria, Gaza and east Jerusalem must be returned to Jews immediately. 13th Century Arab biographer Yakut, noted: "Mecca is holy to Muslims; Jerusalem is holy to the Jews"

4. What is a homeland?
I was born in Uzbekistan, lived in Siberia, Moscow, Vienna, Rome, New York City, Los Angeles, New Jersey, and am now back in Moscow on business… I have remained in a constant state of departure while always arriving… so I don’t know… what is a homeland? Is it the ancestors buried underneath the soil (well then its Jewish land long before it was Arab land). Is it political boundaries (Israel was declared a state by the UN post WWII). Is it cultural identity (Jews have lived there long before Islam even became a religion or culture). Is it economic prosperity (Israelis created that economy, let them enjoy the fruits of their labor). Is it a need for land (is there not enough muslim land in the world?). Is it a political identity (Israel is politically different from every other country in that region, how are Palestinians different from Egyptians, Lebanese, Jordanians, Syrians, etc.) Is it a religious claim on that land (please don’t humor me). Do Palestinians feel they were kicked out of Israel once Jews arrived (the UN resolution calling for the creation of Israel ALSO called for a two-state creation, it was the arab rejection of this resolution that led to a downward spiral for the palis). Do you feel the land was stolen (you fought for it, you lost, they won… where else in history has the winning party given up what it fought for solely because the other side cries foul?)

5. ETERNAL City-JERUSALEM-the HEART & SOUL of the JEWISH people
Since the Jewish conquest in 1272 B.C., Jews have had dominion over Israel for 1,000 years with a continuous presence in the land for 3,300 years. Israel's most famous king, King David founded Jerusalem. For over 3,300 years, Jerusalem has been the Jewish capital. Jerusalem has never been the capital of any Arab or Muslim entity. When Jordan illegally occupied Jerusalem, Jordan never sought to make it their capital, and Arab leaders did not come to visit. Jerusalem is mentioned over 700 times in the Jewish Bible, not once in the Koran. Reigious Jews pray three times a day in the direction of Jerusalem. Jerusalem is mentioned constantly in prayers. Passover Seder ends with: "Next year in Jerusalem!" And at the conclusion of Yom Kippur. Jerusalem is mentioned in the blessings at the end of meals. During Jewish wedding ceremonies, the groom breaks a glass as a sign of mourning of the destruction of the two Temples, accompanied by Psalm 137: "If I forget you, O Jerusalem, may my right hand forget her skill. May my tongue cling to the roof of my mouth if I do not remember you, if I do not exalt Jerusalem above my chief joy." During the First and Second Temple periods, the Temple was the central focus of Jewish life. The First Temple was built by King David's son, King Solomon. Bible, 2 Chronicles 2:4: "Behold, I am about to build a house for the name of the L-RD my G-d, dedicating it to Him, to burn fragrant incense before Him and to set out the showbread continually...on sabbaths and on new moons and on the appointed feasts of the L-RD our G-d, this being required forever in Israel." The One great G-D of the Universe returned Jewish Holy Land and holy places to the Jews in the 1967 Six Day War. Rebelling against G-D, Israeli leaders gave control of Judaism's holiest site, the Temple Mount to Islamist religious supremacists. Islamist control of Jewish land and the holiest site on earth brought death and war to Israel. End the rebellion against G-D! Return control of the Temple Mount to Jews immediately!
