In this respect, it may interest you to know that Arab and Muslim women in countries like Egypt and Asia are taking "Men" to courts to redefine woman's right under Islamic law. I am all for that because there are so many redundancies in the Muslim world and it’s about time to overhaul the archaic system in MENA (MiddleEast and North Africa) as well as in Asia. The article says nothing about muslim women wearing a hijab (head scarfs), it specifically mentions full face covering only. In western societies, covering your face gives others the impression that you have something to hide or covering your face because you have malicious intentions. Do you think it's appropriate for an individual to walk into a bank wearing a ski mask or full face motorcycle helmet? No it's not. Why should muslim women be exempt when everybody else has to abide by the law? As far as religion goes, yes Orthodox Jews wear head coverings but they don't cover their faces either. Therein lies the difference.
