UN Mandate inspection of all NPRK vessels from off NPRK waters to destination. There aren't that many vessels, and they 'deliver' something. Sat recon makes this easy. - Terry Mathis
4. What will the world do?

Nothing. The Team America movie already showed what the UN will do - write harshly worded letter being angry with N. Korea. Probably in reality, this will be coupled with a year of talks on what to do. After that there will be calls for sanctions. That will be stupid because N.Korea already lives a hermit lifestyle. These debates will go back and forth and the result will be the same - The US will have the harhest terms, the EU weenies will have the nicest, Russia and China will try to make it seem like a non-issue (for the UN anyway, domestically those two countries have their own worries/.concerns). So what to do? Invade and regime change? Probably the smartest thing to do is to reunite Korea but the world isn't a vaccuum and its not that simple. China will have none of that on its border and thats the last thing America wants, confrontation with China. And conversely, thats the last thing the Chinese want, confrontation period (bad for business). Russia would also raise an eyebrow at the increase of US (and if pigs fly) UN troops in its vicinity. No doubt Iran is taking notes and will watch what the world does. Should it be nothing (and I pray to G-d I am so dead wrong) then Iran will be embolden to pull a similar stunt. My advice to the U(seless)N, order a spine and a pair of testicles and actually do something. To the US, S. Korea, Japan (time to amend that pacifist constitution) and others rightly concerned, sit for talks ONCE. Should that prove fruitless, be ready to send in the boys and girls in uniform.
