You suffer from having a good work ethic. The same can happen in a job in the US. You are simply ranking the Israeli work ethic where you work with the work ethic from the area and ecomnic strata that you came to know in the US. I traveled the US and have seen good, fair and really poor workers. I have had workers that couldn't consecutivly click the same five buttons on a computer. In general the Israelis are greatly influenced by military thinking rosh katan and everything will be ok. I have seen this quality even in their school teachers. If you notice Israelis are bound to one another better than American citizens, yet they do not have a high level of American kindnesses in their friendships nor with aquantences...so its not you its the culture. In fact I gave simple gifts as I would to a friend in the US and I lost or became a more distant friend to these individuals. Seems the rules are different here. As an American convert in Israel, I get discrimination from time to time even from Ethiopians. You just hold you head up do a barogus and they go into a cicling pattern for a few weeks. But in general, you have posted an opinion that could be viewed as discrimination against Israelis and likley will be. Fact is Americas or Isralis, whether Chistian, Jewsih or Muslim that come to the Palestinian aid are not liked by Isarelis in general as they are seen as aiding the enemy.
