Israel now joins a select group of nations-exemplified by Austria- where a fascist has been admitted to the central government. You must now prepare for the same fate-sanctions and universal condemnation,To your eternal shame. WHY do you think you are beyond the norms of civilised humanity?

3. You reap what you sow
Israel has the best government money can buy, everyone in you government can be brought for a few dollars. These people are more interested in their own careers than the people they govern. The funniest thing is that Israel voted them in.

I wish Mr. Lieberman success in his new position in the government of Israel.
I hope you will not disappoint and carry out the promises you made in the past and do not go Sharon or Bibi on us.
Only time will tell.

5. First show of strength
B"H
He convinces Israel to conduct a thorough search for the Israeli Arab with no leaf unturned.
And then the IDF soldiers just also happend to show up too in the process!
Count the Arab votes? Where are the Arab cries to save the citizen they supposedly represent? It was not Iran or Syra that elected them to their post, right?
Perhaps Mr. Law and Order might eventually straighten out the mess.

6. Buster#3, are you kiddin us?
Israelis didn't vote in 90+% of them!!! In Israel you can only vote for a party, and that means voting for party leader. So it is only the party leaders who are truly elected. All other MKs are not elected by anyone--they just get appointed by their parties.

7. if #2 is Jewish then I'm Hosni Mubarak
It's interesting that Lieberman's proposal allows Israeli Arabs (like the Israeli Arabs arrested for aiding and abetting yesterday's nearly successful suicide bombing) to keep their homes, lands, and businesses but to be governed by their fellow "Palestinians" instead of us Jews that oppress them. In return, Israel will keep the larger West Bank settlement blocks.

13. Extreme times require extreme measures
#2 - Where was your critisizm of the Palestinians electing Hamas - a terrorist organisation? You are obviously one of those self-hating Jews. Theres too many of them in North America. Makes me sick.
I bet you have never even been to Israel, yet you sit on your high-horse and bag the country. Self-hating Jews like you are just as bad as the terrorists.

14. Sorry Seth!
Jewish born and bred. BUT more importantly a democrat.A Jewish fascist deserves as much repudiation as any other.Israel is now beyond the pale. Why do you think Jews are beyond the norms of civilised behaviour? They are subject to the same norms as anyone else. Not "chosen". Not superior. Just human.

15. It's easy to throw around labels on people
You call him fascist and so on, simply because he does not subscribe to your leftist, pseudomoral, rotten, post-Zionist agenda. You wanna live in an Arab State? Syria is waiting for you, as well as Gaza now. I'm sure they'll welcome you. I wanna live in a Jewish State of Israel.

Being merciful to your enemies is immorality! Giving Gaza Arabs everything electricity to gas to food to communications while they're terrorizing Sderot is not humanitirian - it is rotten and immoral! Your morality is actually false and rotten immorallity. You're merciful to the cruel and cruel to the merciful.

17. Lieberman would be coinsidered a liberal if he were an Arab
In fact if he were an Arab leader even "moderate" would be too strong a term.
It is Teheran that usually dictates who sits in the Knesset. After Olmert's extraction, expect a truly hard line government focused solely on security, defense and pre-emption with few apologies to the French or the BBC.

18. Must be Communists & Socialists calling Lieberman a Fascist
I just LOVE the name calling. People calling others fascists. Perhaps they are so far left leaning that just about anyone who they disagree with them is a "fascist". Idiots on the left call President Bush a fascist. So I'm not surprised when that word is slung about. It has been so over used that it has lost any legitimacy as words like racist.
I'm not from Israel. Never been to Israel; therefore, I don't know all of the 66 some political parties in Israel.
But hearing the word fascist used so much like an over played worn compact disk (would say LP but that would date me), I was checking around to see if there was any substance to the claim of Lieberman being a fascist or is the word, as I suspect, just slung about by leftist, in the hopes that it would stick.
According to Ynetnews, the 4 point platform of Lieberman is as follows:
Platform:
1. The party proposes that Arab-majority areas in Israel be handed over to the Palestinian Authority, while Jewish settlements and West Bank areas are officially made part of the State of Israel.
2. Party backs a new citizenship law based on the perception that in order to enjoy the rights bestowed on Israeli citizens there are duties that must be fulfilled. Every Israeli citizen will have to pledge allegiance to the country and perform military service or an alternate national service.
3.The party will act to fulfill Zionism's three basic principles: Aliyah, defending the land, and settlement activity.
4. The party pledges to eliminate crime and introduce stricter punishments, boost the level of education and the rate of economic growth, encourage foreign investment and minimize government expenses. Party also backs the privatization of government bodies.
Taken from http://www.ynetnews.com/articles/0,7340,L-3227298,00.html
Now my comments as to said 4 points:
1. Handing over Arab-majority areas in Israel to the Palestinian Authority. That is ludicrous. Israel should not be giving up its land. Lieberman has lost my vote on this point. Now as to making Jewish settlements and the West Bank areas as officially a part of Israel. Why not? That land was the part of historic Israel. All of the West Bank was a part of historic Israel. It is what makes Israel and should once again be a part of Israel proper regardless what world opinion may be. Furthermore, Israel never profits from trading land for peace. It is a lose lose proposition.
As to point 2, I can't argue with it at all, particularly in this age of lies, deception, and terrorism.
As to point 3, I can't argue with that at all either.
Defending the land does not need an explanation, except perhaps to a liberal, leftist, or socialist. And as to settlement, the people have the right to settle in their land. The land is not occupied by Israel, but is disputed land. Only those ignorant of history, think that the "Palestinians" have a greater claim to the land than Israel.
As to point 4, I can't argue with one either, but to add that too bad point 4 does not also ask for the death penalty.
Boosting the rate of economic growth, encourage foreign investment, minimize government expenses (reduce the budget), & privitization is what originally made America an economic superpower, but no longer is for it has strayed from capitalism to greater socialism. Now America has failed to reduce the budget and is ever increasingly imposing itself in the private sector, i.e. bigger government. America's economic power is declining thanks to creeping socialism.
This man sounds more like a moderate, not a fascist. If I were an Israeli, I would vote for the man, if the party would eliminate the proposal "that Arab-majority areas in Israel be handed over to the Palestinian Authority" as stated in point 1.
The man is not a fascist except in the minds of the ignorant and leftists who love to drip that word off their lips.

19. Great interview of Bibi Netanyahu on Bill Mahr

Listen to former Israeli Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu on the Bill Maher show. As he explains, Isreal's war with Hezbollah is really a war with Iran. A war, in fact, between the U.S. and Iran as well.
Pay attention to how militant Islam is both like and unlike Soviet Communism. Like in their ideological zealotry, unlike in that they put their fundamentalism before their sense of national survival. Scary.
