So while the Republican Congress didn't do their job, the Republican executive branch got a bunch of people killed for no reason and put the lives of every person in the military (including my cousin) on the line for false purposes. And all these Republicans also messed Iraq up worse than anyone could imagine, unleashing a civil war, and screwed us for decades to come. II wouldn't necessarily trust CNN sampling. Based on my own sampling (very unscientific though) of about 50 Jews, only ~35% of them voted Democrats. Now, that could be also because a lot of them are immigrants from former Soviet Union, and they are the ones who saw evil and know better than to vote for Democrats... There is something that I'm really curious about. You being an Evangelical Christian, one would assume that you take the Bible seriously. That being the case, how can you support a party that endorses abortion and gay rights? The Bible does not support either of these. I agree that some democrats do a much better job than some republicans but how can one stay faithful to God's word and support two issues that He condemns?
