Hezbollah embedded itself so completely into civilian areas that its fighters were ALL counted as civilians during the recent war when they were killed in combat. Israel would have had to kill a severe number of Lebanese human shields to fight Hezbollah properly. Israel chose not to do it. THIS TIME. Eventually, Israel is going to have to fight her enemies properly no matter HOW many human shields they hide behind. Israel's enemies' worst nightmare is if Israel decides to REALLY FIGHT the terror gangs regardless of their human shields. If/when it comes down to 'kill or be killed,' Israel will have to shoot the human shields to get to the terrorists. Israel WILL do it. Israel's enemies are counting on Israel not wanting to hurt civilians, but Israel will not give up 5.4 million Jewish lives to save her enemies' human shields. Hezbollah's 4000 rockets killed less than 100 Israeli civilians last summer. If Israel truly aims at Hezbollah next time through their human shields, Hezbollah will die. The international bodies are also biased towards Arabs( and their oil). Israel stopped the Lebanon war agreeing to the conditions. But in this, Israel was cheated heavily. UN could not get the release of the soldiers as well it could not disarm Hisballah. When one side of the table, doesn't want to fulfill their committments, why should Israel agree to every single, so called peace initiative that only helps the terrorists.
