He's basically saying that because the Holocaust already happened it cannot happen again. Yes, Iran is a dynamic country and not one dimensional, but its hostility towards Israel has never ceased and it pursues active militarization (testing and development of shahab missles and hind submarines) in addition to a somewhat clandestine nuclear program. Couple this with the bellicose rhetoric of Iranian leaders past and present (denials of Shoah and desires to wipe our country of the map), the threat becomes manifest.
