First of all, I find it interesting you compare the Israeli soldiers to adulterous women. Second, the women being stoned do not have armored cars, tanks, and M-16s. So yes a stone is innocent against a person with one of the above-mentioned weapons, especially when they are very willing to use them as we see in this story.
