America & Israel both continue to make the same old mistakes. They just can't seem to learn from experience. Look at the mess they made by bringing Arafat back after Oslo. Look at the mess they're making in Iraq. Can anyone give me an example of a success story in the Middle-East? Failed policies only lead to more chaos - the Americans & our gov't. can't face the fact that there are no "good guys" to support. Fatah is no better than Hamas. It's all the same crap.

Prime Minister Olmert was one of those who warned at the time of the Oslo accords that weapons transferred to Fatah would evetually be aimed at Israelis. I believe he is obligated to explain himself to the Israeli people.

We repeatedly make three grave mistakes. 1. The Arms Makers are getting rich off of people killing each other...all sides. Its time for all of us to wake up to this fact and take a look at who has not been encouraging peace... and why. (See the movie "Why We Fight") 2. The philosophy that "The Enemy of my Enemy is my Friend" is downright idiotic. Yet we continue to espouse that philosophy and act on it. Human relations are more complex than this. 3. We do not spend enough energy and time to understand the problems, the history, the groups involved and so on. Recently on The Daily Show they interviewed US Representatives and asked them what the difference between Sunni and Shiite was. No one knew...nor could the keep it straight who was what. Yeah...and they have the plan for peace. Whatever!

Don't guns already outnumber people in Gaza 5:1? Whatever, I say go fatah, go hamas! May each group annihilate its counterpart to the very last terrorist. Pass the popcorn...

Let's spend millions of tax dollars on a war on terror and building relations with Israel and then turn around and give another terrorist group guns to use against them and us. Wow, I see the genius in that move...
