Fatimah, It is a tragedy when any person, Palestinian or Israeli gets hurt but frankly I have absolutely no sympathy for the Palestinians anymore. It is like an insult to the intelligence and let me tell you why. 1. Arafat among others had what he wanted handed to him on a silver platter and he turned it down. Why? Because he didn't want peace. He didn't want to live side by side peacefully with the Israeli's. He wanted all of Israel with no jewish people left in the area much less alive. He selfishly took billions of aid money meant for you and the everyday palestinian that needs help and put it in his secret bank accounts and now his wife Suha is living extravagantly off of that money in one of her many houses in France. Arafat cared about no one but himself and war and that is a fact. 2. Hamas, the goverment/terrorists the palestinians voted into office say almost everyday that they will never recognize Israel and her right to exist! 3. No matter how hard Israel has tried to make concessions and peace, it never works. Why? Because you have leaders full of hatred that want the jews dead. They prove that in many ways. One is the Qassam rockets being fired at Israel EVERY SINGLE DAY. I ask you, what are we supposed to think and why should we have sympathy? 4. Gaza was turned over to the Palestinians as a step towards peace even while the rockets were being fired at Israel everyday and now look what has happened. Your people are not only contiuously trying to kill Israeli's but now are killing each other. It is barbaric and crazy to the outside world that doesn't believe all the lies. 5. I have watched the video's of what you all teach your very young children...to kill the jews, that they are dogs and you fill these poor children with such hatred and from such a young age that when they grow up all they want to do is kill. It is horrific. I couldn't believe one video I was watching, this beautiful little girl probably around the age of 5, so pretty, yet she was screaming, almost hysterical about how she wants to be a martyr and kill the jews. And even more disgusting was the teacher sitting behind her looking on with joy. A few other things, I never will forget seeing older women, men, children out in the streets passing out candy, dancing and celebrating when 9-11 happened on tv. That was shameful. When the terrorists were hold up in the Church of the Nativity, they trashed the place and ripped out pages of the Bible for toilet paper! I felt like someone had ripped my heart out. Out of respect to muslims I could never do something like that to the Koran. Lastly, All the Israeli's that have been blown to bits on buses, cafes and other places by maniac suicide bombers. I remember the shock I would feel to see the news footage of children, men & women's body parts strewn all over the streets. They are all bad but one incident really sticks with me that was pure evil. A palestinian gunmen shooting a pregnant woman and her 4 very young girls straight to their face. It wasn't an accident. This man did this deliberately. Why did he do this? Simply because they were jews. I am sorry but I feel as if there is something very evil about many of your people and I just can't feel much sympathy at all. I can tell you this, if another country were firing rockets into our country everyday like you all do the Israeli's, my goverment would not put up with that for a second and would wipe them out. It makes me sick that Israel is supposed to let people kill their citizens daily and yet people want them to give away more land. I pray to G-d they don't. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what would happen if they did.

Palestinian's do not want peace.. The Palestinian public have in huge numbers, supported the actions of Hamas That support of systematic murder should have a price. If Israel had used the tactics and mentality of its enemies, most of its enemies would not even exist. The Palestinians have continued to have the freedom to pursue their terror agenda precisely BECAUSE Israel has bent over backwards as humanitarians and have LET them continue. As far as the "innocents" rhetoric goes, this reminds me of the warped logic of those who complain that sanctions are hurting the people of Palistine The blame lies with those who CAUSE the process ( Hamas, etc) not with the corrective responses. Soon Israel will have no choice.....Only when acts of terror are met with responses that cause more damage to the terrorist supporters and their goals than the damage they have inflicted -- only then will there be a reason to re-think the strategy.

Israel does everything to avoid hurting your people, but your people DELIBERATELY target Jewish civilian innocents. Whenever Muslim human bomb killers maim and murder Jewish innocents, thousands of PA Muslims celebrate in the streets and hand out sweets.
