Bill: PM candidates must file health report    Aviram Zino
1. Careful with that kind of law!!!
I think, the bill should be extended to make it illegal for anyone to die or become incapacitated without permission. After all, we can't just have people dropping out willy-nillly, leaving others to deal with who knows what. Had there been such a law, my husband, I'm sure, would not have dared to just up and check out for no apparent reason; and on a perfectly good Saturday morning, at that. He messed up my entire week-end, and we simply can't have that sort of thing in civilized society. There has to be order!! My being of German descent, why is there something vaguely familiar about that???? Oh, right! That only had to do with "bloodlines." Exaggeration? Maybe. It's not that far from cholesterol and blood pressure to DNA, looking for heaven knows which "predispositions." Once the genie is out of the bottle, it's hard to get it back in.

3. And Mental Health Condition Too, Or Else
another 10,000 -100,000 Jews might be ousted from their homes.

4. Leave medicine out of politics
B"H Although the initiative sounds rational in a sane government system, that is not what Israel has. It is more a poltical dog-eat-dog world to strive for the top. There is no sense corrupting the medical establishment with it. If a medical report needs to be filed, it should not require a doctor's certificaition but rather it should be a personal assesment of health. The doctors need to focus on saving lives and not politics. Keep them out of the election booth to keep them away from the corruption.
