I think, the bill should be extended to make it illegal for anyone to die or become incapacitated without permission. After all, we can't just have people dropping out willy-nillly, leaving others to deal with who knows what. B"H Although the initiative sounds rational in a sane government system, that is not what Israel has. It is more a poltical dog-eat-dog world to strive for the top. There is no sense corrupting the medical establishment with it. If a medical report needs to be filed, it should not require a doctor's certificaition but rather it should be a personal assesment of health. The doctors need to focus on saving lives and not politics. Keep them out of the election booth to keep them away from the corruption.
