One would think that they would leap at the chance to promote the city to the world. Could this be part of the international Jewish communist Zionist conspiracy?
3. The real dump is the person behind #1

In our international world Jerusalem is often described as the "city of three relgions". We Israelis and Jews over the world must stress that Jerusalem was, is and will always be first of all the ancient and eternal political capital of the Hebrew/Jewish national civilisation. Christianity and Islam are not nations but religions and they would have no connection to Jerusalem or Israel if it wasn't for the fact that they were inspired by the Jewish religion. Arab villages and communities in "Eastern" Jerusalem will be detached from Jerusalem and Israel and won't be our problem in the future. Modern Jerusalem with its modern expanded neighbourhoods and areas around the city has much to offer: shopping, museums, cafés, bars, restuarants, forests, mountains, first-class university, first-class research and expanding high-tech/bio-tech industry, excellent facilities for conventions. Few people know that Jerusalem is one of the leading cities in the world for arranging medical conventions. It is time for both secular and Ortodox Israelis to unite and together rebuild and strengthen our beatiful capital which will in a few years have a super-modern inter-cty rail and fast train connection to Tel Aviv and the coast.

10. To number 4. Jerusalem is Arab! Jews deserted it for 2000yrs
Palestinian   (01.11.07)
Jerusalem was built by the Arab Canaanites..... Inhabitated by the Canaanites who are ARABS and came from the Arabian Peninsula long before Abraham came there. It was captured by David and was under Jewish control for only 70 years!! The rest, it was controlled by Romans, Greeks, Syrians, Persians... So stop the Bull.... The Arabic Arabian connection to Palestine and Jerusalem is something you cannot deny.... Jews desrted JErusalem for more than 2000 yearss... I advice you to read this article: http://www.palestine-info.co.uk/am/publish/article_30.shtml
12. Israels owners
Petra Blumenfeld ,   usa   (01.12.07)
Are the Jews. No matter who made the Jews leave, THEY'RE BACK. Live with it. Instead of fruitless terror thrust upon her, Israel is light years away from her nearist Arab nation. If they can build a prosperous democracy established again in 1948, see what they can do in next sixty years. This is all the more reason to stand by her.

14. Visiting Jerusalem
Brod ,   USA   (01.12.07)
Visiting Jerusalem is a MUST for all Christians. Upon his return from the Moon, Astronaut Neil Armstrong visited Jerusalem and he wanted to walk on the street that Jesus had walked. And his guide who happened to be an Israeli General told him that he was standing right on the spot where Jesus had walked. And Armstrong remarked that standing on the street where Jesus once walked was his greatest experience--greater than his trip to the Moon. It is also my dream that one day, I would like to walk on those very street where Jesus had once walked, visit the Garden of Gethsemane, stand on the Hill where He preached the Sermon on the Mount (Matthew Chapters 5-7), and also pray at the Western Wall.
15. #10 is trying to be a comediane
SAM ,   USA   (01.14.07)
Arab Caanites? Now that is funny. Arabs come from the Arabian Penninsula, hense the name Arab. Jews are decended from Caanites, not Arabs. Caanites were semetic like Jews, but semites from that area are not Arab. The Arab conquest is well documented by many cultures. Seems like your arab website is trying to revise world history. Just remeber this: think about what happened in Spain and the crusades. Think about why Christians nhad to do what they did because of the Arab conquest. My original post was censured so I calmed this one down. I find your revisionist nonsense despicable, not laughable
16. #14, you should do it!!!!
SAM ,   USA   (01.14.07)
I just came back from Israel a couple of months ago. You can not imagine how many Christians were there!!!! I visited all the places you mentioned and it was so amazing. There is no other place on earth like Jerusalem and Israel. You definately have to do this. As a christian, no where else on earth will compare with Jerusalem. I know because that is what I experienced. God bless Israel
