Children should be taught about "where babies come from" when they are very young so they have an understanding. Teaching specifically about sex, eg how to put on a condom, is like saying "please go and have sex, but do it like this". It is this type of message that leads to teenage sexual activity and pregnancy. Teenagers should be playing sport and going to the movies, not having sex. There's plenty of time for sex when you're an adult. Let kids be kids - childhood is precious and there is only one chance to be a kid.
