First of all, Shame on Ynet for reporting on what these bigots say, especially at these times of tension and conflict. my take on the sheik's speech, and on the UK videos a few days ago is a follows: disgraceful, shameful, and un-acceptable. my anger is not necasserilly only with the people who say this stuff, it also includes the people sitting in the audience and not saying a word about it. what a shame! what damaging and misguiding talk.....despite our conflict with Israel, we should never allow any of this kind of talk and ideology to prevail. the foundation for dealing with other people should be respect, understating, and communication...and this includes one's enemy...... i don't believe that people choose to go to war with each other, there are extreme circumstances that put people on a collision course... Why do we hear a lot of these talks all the time, well because the media loves these kinds of speeches, and can't wait to report about it, especially when Muslims are saying this stuff. Despite that, and as much as it saddens me to say this we in the Muslim world, and Islam in general are currently in crises. we are trying to redefine what being a Muslim today means, and how to deal with the world around us, yet we are being held back, and taken of course by the on-going conflicts. we are failing horribly, and we are allowing extremists to increase in number and guide us in the wrong direction, yet we don't have enough balls to stand up and say something about it....the time will come when that will happen, but it is hard to preach tolerance and understanding when conflict goes on...all this hate talk will die out once we could could find an end to the Palestinian/ Israeli conflict., it is really the fuel for the fire, and it should have stopped a long time ago..... we have no problem with you and all this crap you hear has no basis other that images and interpretations by politically driven sheiks and entities! jews and arabs have failed big time when it comes to communication, we worry about our image in front of the world, we worry about what the American/ European public thinks about our conflict, and who do they think is right or wrong. yet we care nothing about what the other side thinks of us, what is the image an average Arab has of a jew? sadly a man with a beard, or in army uniform carrying a gun! most Arabs outside of Palestine have never dealt with a jew before, there only encounters are those on the tv, or those images fed to them through the speeches of such hateful individuals ..... i hope some of this makes sense, and i know that a lot of you have already made up their minds, but i still hope that some of you will take these speeches for nothing more than what they really are: ignorance and stupidity !

So courageous of him to preach to others to blow themselves up in order to kill all whom he considers not worthy of living..ie: Christians, jews, Hindus or anyone else who is not a moslem. I hope he takes his own suggestion & blow himself up before coming back to Australia and get a glimpse of what civilizaton and humanity may look like without his terrorism-inciting, hateful and racist ignorant viewpoint of the world. it doesn't change the fact that there is a lot of this going on in Islam. This is not an isolated case. Look at Iraq, Iran, etc. Muslims killing muslims, jews, christians all over the world and for what? Allah? Your religiion has been taken over by fanatic extremists who are ruining the world. it is amazing how someone with such strong beliefs in martyrdom has not attempted even once to offer himself to be one such martyr. guess it is "safer" to "kidnap" the young and innocent children to do his dirty work. not a single arab leader or sheik, or sect leader, or cleric has ever, ever, ever, martyred themselves for allah. the muslim idea of encouraging youth and children to martyr themselves is akeen to the worst child abuse known to man. the taking of generations of innocent children, kidnapping their minds and souls, and ultimately killing them by making them wish for death. disgusting, abhorant and astounding in its cruelty and disrespect for children and humanity.

please!!!! these moroccan journalists didn't involve themselves with hate messages. didn't ask innocent children to go die for allah. didn't say islam is a pig. didn't encourage terrorism and dying. these journalists simply made light jokes regarding the excentricities of islam. just light humor. that is all! every religion, every race, every nationality has humor about it. it's part of human nature to see absurdities in religion, in races, in people and laugh at these absurdities. the journalists message was not harmful. it was just safe humor. but....there is a big difference between freedom of speech and speeches with dangerous messages that call for young children to go kill themselves for a cause they don't even understand. no wonder all these muslim mothers took their children out of this mosque. do you blame them. if this cleric's speech was full of humor, i bet parents will have left their children there. but his speech was DANGEROUS TO YOUNG AND INNOCENT MINDS. this is the difference you don't see. this is not about the muslim cleric ridiculing the jews as pigs. we don't care what he thinks asbout jews because we know our brilliant value in and to the world. however, when a religious figure that is muslim wants to RAPE AND KIDNAP the minds of innocent children, this is where freedom of speech draws the line. other speeches may attack islam, but i never see a jewish rabbi calling on his congregation's children to die for israel or to die for a cause or to committ suicide in the name of their god. don't you see the difference here? are you blind? these could have been your own children in this mosque. is this the kind of messages you want your childrfen getting from a religious leader? wouldn't you like for your children to live? not die?

yes, we know about freedom of speech. it is a wonderful concept in all countries and people mostly respect this freedom and abide by certain rules of conduct especially when they are important public figures with influence on their community. this muslim cleric obviously ABUSED THIS FREEDOM OF SPEECH RIGHTS. his was nothing that resembled freedom of speech. it was in fact not a speech but a message crying for children to committ suicide for allah and enticing young innocent minds to martyrdom.....not any different than what cult members do to their believers or what jim jones did in the past to his entire group where hundreds committed suicide by poisoning themselves because he "told them to" this muslim cleric's freedom of speech can amount to the same tragedy one sees in the jim jones case. as long as this cleric preeches these kinds of messages, he has 100% revoked his freedom of speech. freedom of speech comes with a responsibility to your community. we have the freedom to speech, but we do not have the freedom to ask youth to die for their god. we don't have the freedom to convince innocent minds to kill themselves in the name of allah. we don't have the right to ask parents to sacrifice their children for the insanity this cleric believes in. i think every mosque in the free and civilized world should have cops in attendance to curb these kinds of speeches. we should have the law attend these sessions in every mosque without exception. and then i want to see what will come out of these clerics' mouth if they know they are being watched and listened to. i bet everyone will notice the difference.
