You should check your facts. There are a number of Palestinians who have been brave enough to state what Palestinians really want (see PLO charter for a summary); in other words, to wope Israel off the map. Now stop crying like a little baby and do something with your lives. The Jews made the desert bloom through hard work and determination. You're forgetting that a)your great grandfather lived nowhere near what is modern Israel. At the turn of the last century, the land was almost empty; and b) the Jews bought the land from the Arabs; and c) those who stayed behind in 1948 are not 'Palestininas', they are Israeli Arabs. And one final point, in the same way that any person who (for example) has an Italian grandfather, can settle in Italy as a full Italina citizen, so can any Jew settle in the ONLY country for Jews. All I can say, is if the 'Palestinians will not give up', then the time has maybe arrived for Israel to really flex its military muscles and finish this problem off once and for all. You either take the West Bank & Gaza (as was offered in 2000) and live in peace or you face a full on war. PS. You do really need to read a bit more other than your own idiotic propaganda: Israel offered 100 000 refugees the right to return to Israel in 1949; no questions asked, this was just a starting point to begin negotiating peace. Are you asserting a principle that you are applying to Palestinians or making a specific case for Palestinian return only? If you are asserting the right of return based on principle, I ask you whether you are saying anything in support of the right of the Germans to return to Czechoslovakia for Poland rom which THEY were expelled in 1945-7, Finns to return to Karelia from which they were expelled in 1940 and 1944, or Greeks to return to the occupied sections of Cyprus, or the many other nationalities who have somehow reconciled with the realities of history. If you simply oppose a Jewish state in principle, say so up front, and don't use back door strategisms to bring back 4 million people and effectively in so doing end Israel's existence. Eventually, you have to agree that some compromise is necessary if peace is going to work.
