The Palestian Authority is in contravention of the Geneva Convention relative to the Treatment of Prisoners of War and thus negates any reciprocity by Israel. They regard all Israelis as "soldiers" therefore we are entitled to regard ALL Palestinians as terrorists. Thus, all Palestinians undergoing any medical treatment in Israel MUST be deported immediately. Secondly, ALL Palestinians who are currently employed in Israel must be given 6 hours to get out or be arrested and held incommunicado, as are Gilad Shalit and the two held by Hezbollah, Udi Goldwasser and Eldad Regev. The Government must drive home, over and over again, that these soldiers were kidnapped in total defiance of International Law! The Parliamentary Immunity Law must be amended to exclude any act which can be construed as collusion with the enemy and this must include any "visits" by ANY politician to the Palestinian Territories with the intention of consulting any of the Leaders of Hamas, Islamic Jihad or any other organization deemed as a terrorist one by the Israeli Security Forces or the EU or USA. Should Gilad Shalit, Udi Golwasser and Eldad Regen not be released within 24 hours of any announcement regarding their release by the Israeli Government, military action must be taken against Jebalia and Khan Yunis with the intention of leveling them. I can already hear the screams of "Human Rights Violations" and "Collective Punishment". This is exactly what the Palestinians have done over the years by bombing, butchering and maiming Israelis and others whose "crime" was being in Israel.
