There is supposed to be peace with Egypt, yet the situation on the ground is quite the opposite. Egypt is still an enemy. Why would you let your enemy control the borders of an even bigger enemy. Imagine what will happen with weapon and terrorist flow, once the Pal's will have their own State. It is quite obvious, that the majority of Arabs don't like the fact, that there is a Jewish State. I am a frustrated wannabe (want-to-be) inventor. I really, really felt the pain of that poor cab driver who realized he had a bomber in his car. He tried valiantly to fool the guy and to drive him to a big nowhere. The guy got wise to it and hopped out. Damn it!!! All these guys have one thing in common: mass transportation. Thus, I have some ideas. Please take them seriously and see if your government can afford to try them. 1) cabs: make cabs bullet proof for the driver. Make the top and bottom of the guest compartment be able to easily rip open to release the force of the explosion, but make it do so only in a straight up and down direction to protect folks nearby. Put your own stinking bags in the trunk. Give the cab driver the ability to keep the doors locked so he can "detain" the guy. 2) buses: same as cabs but have each seat in its own plexiglass or kevlar container with a locking door so a bomber can only take out one person next to him. Sounds harsh, but it's better than the whole bus. The same thing at the bus STOPS, if you please! 3) airplanes: Line the bottom of each "flotation seat cushion" with bulletproof Kevlar. Turn those things into a shield. Even sew in arm straps just like the shields of old. Allow people to bring baseball bats on every flight. No. Require it. A plane full of baseball batters would have easily stopped 9/11/2001 from happening. 4) high rise buildings: ensure your people above the tenth floor (highest one a fire truck ladder can reach) have emergency chutes that open ballistically.
