Israel must pay attention to world opinion as long as it does not affect their militaristic decions. Israel's failure last summer was not due to international political handcuffs, they simply did not have the stomach to bare the casualties of a full scale ground opperation. Fortunately they have learned the lessons of last summers mistake and I have strong reason to believe that massive ground assult will take place mid march. This time the IDF will refute the skeptics by crushing the Iranian proxies. Israel wants war and is ready for it, which would explain the IAF's attempts to antagonize Hezbollah by storming through no fly zones in Lebanon.
