Halutz bids farewell to the Knesset, now if only Peretz the Putz would follow suit!!! Then again, Peretz's days are numbered, once the Labor party has it's leadership electioins in May, Peretz will be bidding his farewell also. G-D I hope so!!!

Halutz was great as the head of the airforce, but couldn't get a bigger picture mentality (the main reason he failed as C of S, other than arrogance).

As we saw the past summer we took a beating from a few thousand Terrorist. That came after we used the army to expel ten thousand Jews which Halutz was in charge of the expulsion. Let us never repeat that mistake. I agree that the ovewhelming in israel believe that this was a grave mistake. Hopefully most agree with me that our strength is in Hashem.
