Sorry, but I believe in saving lives over the right to education, and twinning us with an establishment which lets in recruiters is ridiculous. You could twin with any Palestinian university, yet you choose the most extremist one. And if you really want to show solidarity, why not twin with a Palestinian AND Israeli university, since that is a lot more constructive.

I think that the twinning of Manchester University with al-Najah university is a great step! Palestinians are suffering from the curfews imposed on them and from the presence of the 'racist' wall. The twinning will at the very least, send a message of support to the Palestinians and hopefully lead to international denunciation of Israeli policies towards the Palestinians.

Firstly the name of the group is "Action Palestine" get it right! secondly we are a group of independant students who believe in peace and justice in Palestine- made up of a wide range of studnts -not a subsidiary of respect!
