1. Huh?
Shai ,   Israel   (04.08.07)
Arabs are making concessions? What were they? Did I miss something? Man - blink your eyes and you miss all the good stuff...

never give up the right of return, Jerusalem eternal capital of Hamastan and keep on firing Kassems
4. Concessions.
Colin. ,   Barcelona   (04.08.07)
It is refreshing to see that Bishara has admitted that concessions are being considered. Up till now Irael has been the only one making concessions: withdrawl from Sinai, Gaza, parts of the West Bank, acceptance of a future Palestinian state. There will be no peace untill there is a change from the Arab stance. Bishara would perpetuate the stalemate in the hope that one day Israel will simply disapear.
5. for pals, painful concessions = a day w/out murdering a jew
mike ,   israel (formerly usa   (04.08.07)
for terrorists, killing is to them as eating and breathing. they suffer when they cannot murder, maim, or terrorize, which is why they complain about the gaza withdrawal and the security fence - it inhibits their natural impulses, not for freedom, but for the freedom to be terrorists.
6. Regional War? Not the First Time PLO will be Deported.

7. Only in Israel an enemy of the state can sit in parliament
GZ   (04.08.07)
Its is mind boggling to think that this enemy is actually a member of the Knesset. Might as well offer a sit to Nasrallah or AhMadinjihad. Just because someone happen to have Israeli citizenship shouldn't automatically give him right to sit in Knesset. An enemy is an enemy whether he is of Iranian or local variety.
8. Letting A Traitor Roam Free. Par For The Course
Adina Kutnicki ,   US   (04.08.07)
Bishara should have been arrested years ago after going over to the enemy side at all turns. The fact that he can leave Israel unindicted speaks to an inherent regime sickness. The leadership hounds Jewish nationalists night and day. They NEVER let them have a day of peace. It will take a disaster that will be traced back to many of the Arab MK's that will finally make the regime do what must be done to counter this internal threat. By the way, all the Jewish MK's that side with the enemy must also be indicted.
9. Fortunately
jackie kunitz ,   USA   (04.08.07)
Bishara has resigned from the Knesset, I understand. Now let's try him for treason and execute him or at least expel him from the country
10. discrimination or treason
Sonny ,   USA   (04.08.07)
so I guess it is discrimination not to include him on security committees What does a citizen need to do to be a traitor ?
11. Israel made concesions arab MKS calling for invasion
zionist forever   (04.08.07)
I havnt seen anything from the arabs in the way of concesions hamas have held firm to their demands even now they refuse to recognise Israel or end terror which are the conditionos to get the money the PA need so badly and at the same time Israel has made concesion after concesion. Barak took Jerusalem off the list of red lines never to be crossed, Olmert has as good as accepted the arab plan which means everything for nothing and for now he considers the refugee issue a red line which is gradualy becoming a pink one. So what have the palestians made concesions on .. they accepted to share power with a PM rather than an all powerfull president and when Fatah and Hamas were killing each other they agreed to make the conesion of creating a unity government. We also have a man who is not only an Israeli citizen but somebody who sits in the knesset coming close to encouraging other arab states to start a war. The man should be in prison not in the knesset when are Israels jewish politicians going to start trying be politcly correct and trying to convince the arabs they are welcome in Israel by turning a blind eye whenever they say things like this. If a jewish MK called for a war or told hamas not to make concesions then he would be thrown out the knesset if not arrested for treachry but when it comes to arabs the left wing politcal correct bunch come along and pretend it was never said .. there are left wing jews who would ignore it even if the man went on national tv and called on arab states to attack Israel and wipe it off the map. Israels politcal system needs serious reform.

14. AZMI is right,PLO did not advance
mildred   (04.09.07)
the Palestinian cause. They just became agents of the Israelis and were rewarded with a comfortable life and even Swiss Bank Accounts! Under no circumstance should Hamas grant concessions. Azmi is not the only one saying that Israel is not serious about Peace. The entire world knows it,all except the Zionists.
15. Azmi Bishara is understating the case
alan   (04.09.07)
Hamas should ask for Israel to withdraw to the armistice line. The present initiative calls only for withdrawl to the '67 borders which gives the Palestinians only 22 % of historic Palestine.
16. Banning
Choni Davidowitz   (04.09.07)
And they banned and villified the only authentic Jewish M.K. and Torah leader, Rabbi Meir Kahane and his party. It is truly the apex of stupidity and Chillul Hashem. Maybe the treasonous left media and "democratic ' supreme court will see their past folly.
17. Back to zero - again!
Sammy ,   UK   (04.09.07)
Quite pathetic. And you my dear friend Bishara! Everybody in the WB and Arab Israelis know full well where you get your money from my friend, all your so called travel abroad. How much did you get on your last trip to Damascus ? Why dont you quit your babbling and meddling and properly represent the welfare of Israeli Arabs in Israel the job you were elected to do. Because in that you are a dead loss. And lose some weight you fat slob. And isnt it interesting also that whenever there are the least signs of progress towards peace such as the Saudi initiative to stop the bloodshed and once and for all give Palestinians a homeland, people like you, Mashaal et al self seeking publicists in the pay of Syria and Iran and others who we all know, like a foul stench arise of the dung heap because peace is not in your interests whilst you are lining your pockets. But noticeably, there are gradually more and more like minded people who totally frustrated and let down by events in Gaza and by Hamas/Mashaal and his mob in particular are not afraid to speak out against what is happening, the sham, the lawlessness, the corruption, the violence, the hatred - and this in the very place where Israelis have left! Palestinians everywhere who reject what is hapenning are unifying to pressure politicians from the bottom up to act, to govern and above all to get us the homeland we deserve and peace in the region.

20. Bishara
Richard Zwerling ,   Israel   (04.09.07)
I find it hard to believe that the country puts up with traitors in its midst.I do not belive that this phenomena can be seen in any other democratic country in the world.Could it be the we Jews have not arrived at a common agreement that we do have the right to exist as a nation?
21. Letting Security Risks & Fifth Column MK's Run Away
Adina Kutnicki ,   US   (04.09.07)
An urgent question for the Shabak and the Mossad is - why the hell did you let him AND his family escape? Surely your agencies know EXACTLY what he is running away from. One can expect that he will create much mischief for Israel from Jordan. I guess the powers that be are too busy chasing down/spying on Jewish nationalists to attend to more urgent matters. Disgraceful.
22. ARAB MK Bishara Called SEVERAL Times for INTIFADA
Linda Rivera ,   New York   (04.09.07)
against Israel's Jewish innocents. The ugly, racist, rabid Jew-hate of ethnically cleansing 10,000 Gaza and north Samaria Jews violated Article 80 of the United Nations Charter, broke Israel's Basic Human Rights Law and Clause 9 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Patriotic Jews, including children, are brutally beaten and jailed. Jewish taxpayers who pay Arab MK Bishara's salary are FORCED to FINANCE TREASON! Arab Israeli MKs who are openly genocidal to Jews and support the violent overthrow of Israel are members of Israel's government! No other nation on earth allows such treason. Will Jews revolt against their forced financing of treason and Arab MK hate incitement to a second holocaust of Jews? YNETarticle on violent Arab Muslim Israeli riots in 2000 'Let's investigate everything' by Yaron London, 10/2/05 http://www.ynetnews.com/articles/0,7340,L-3150205,00.html The report offers a history of Arab demonstrations and protests that over time have become evermore extreme. The report also mentions several individuals that contributed, through words and through silence, to the progression from legitimate protest into a violent, destructive riot. Leaders of the Islamic Movement, wrote the Or Commission, fanned the flames by accusing Israel of planning to destroy the Islamic holy sites on the Temple Mount, and openly sympathizing with Hizbullah and al-Qaeda. MK Azmi Bishara (National Democratic Assembly) has said the Shiite militia should be a role model for the struggle with Israel, and has called several times for an intifada against Israel. Arab-Israeli leaders should be investigated The Or Commission- including one Arab justice and another member considered an important expert in Arab culture - rejected Bishara's evasive comments, and had this to say about the part Israeli Arab leaders played in the October, 2000 riots: Individuals such as the leaders of the Supreme Israeli Arab Monitoring Committee, the Islamic Movement, and Knesset Members Tibi, Bishara, Dehamshe and Zahalka were full partners to the outbreak of riots in October, 2000, and therefore also bear responsibility for the deaths of 13 of their brethren." Jerusalem Post.com Sept. 25 2005 'Column One: Israel's disengaged establishment' by Caroline Glick: "...recall what happened five years ago. Following months of increased violence and extremism in the Arab-Israeli sector incited directly by the Palestinian Authority, the Israeli Islamic Movement and the Arab members of Knesset, violent riots seized the Arab sector of Israel in October 2000. During the week of riots, Arab Israelis threw rocks and Molotov cocktails at Israeli civilian cars throughout the country. Israeli motorists were dragged out of their cars on Highway 65 along Wadi Ara and beaten. An Israeli motorist was murdered when Arabs from Jasser a-Zarka threw a rock at his windshield as he drove down the coastal highway..."
23. ARAB MK: 'I advised PA to KIDNAP SOLDIER'
Linda Rivera ,   New York   (04.09.07)
Treason and maliciously endangering IDF soldiers' lives by Arab MKs is allowed in Israel whilst patriotic Jews are punished and jailed and regarded as ENEMIES OF THE STATE. It is urgent that demonstrations are held outside the Knesset and outside Israeli consulates world-wide to protest that Arab MKs are allowed to commit treason - collude with the enemy - repeatedly call for intifada against Israel - and encourage global jihadist religious supremacists to kidnap IDF soldiers. And to protest the persecution and politically-motivated, unjust jailing of Jewish patriots. israelnationalnews.com Arab MK: 'I Advised PA to Kidnap Soldier' Jul 09, '06 / 13 Tammuz 5766 by Hillel Fendel Knesset Member Wasal Taha, corresponding publicly with internet surfers on the Arabic-language IslamOnline site, said he repeatedly advised PA terrorists to battle and kidnap Israeli soldiers. According to a report in Maariv newspaper on Sunday, Taha told surfers on Thursday that he repeatedly advised the PA Arabs to stop shooting and targeting civilians, and to concentrate on IDF targets... http://www.israelnn.com/news.php3?id=106857
24. Now he went too far
Korem ,   New York, USA   (04.10.07)
I was tolerating this guy even with his strong attacks on Israel. I thought, maybe he does hope for peace in the future, even if he is extremely anti-Israel, but we need some healthy opposition to make a small part of the government, that's what democracy is about. But now he is going too far. Telling a terrorist group of the enemy side not to give anything in return for Israeli concessions? This is disgusting. Someone should just debate him, or make a speech against him, publicly humiliate this scumbag on Israeli television. I'm getting sick and tired of him.
