It is a little known fact, that Mahmoud Abbas, PA Authority chairman, got a doctorate from some university, for his thesis, denying the Holocaust. How ironic that he should set foot in Jerusalem on the eve of Yom Hashoah!!

Actually, at the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia in Moscow, where he earned a Ph.D. in history. The thesis of Abbas's 1982 doctoral dissertation was The Secret Connection between the Nazis and the Leaders of the Zionist Movement[3][4]. In interviews he did not deny the Holocaust, condoned it in fact, but said that the numbers were magnified to get gains for the Zionists.

He has expressed very ambigious views on the Holocaust, moderating them with time. Today he does condemn the Holocaust. At least that is something I suppose. (in my previous talkback I meant to say condemn instead of condone)

Since the Arab League is not authorized to negotiate, Olmert enthusiastically wants to negotiate with them. So far he manages to fool all the people all the time.
