7. No concrete under MY tile roof!
Marcell ,   Kibbutz, Gaza border   (05.06.07)
The Kassam rockets are getting worse again after a short "respite" (when we experienced only 5-10 per week . . .). We still have no safe rooms and no concrete roofing. This is true for all of the kibbutzim on the Gaza border and within easy reach of the bombs. My kibbutz is situated between the Gaza town of Beit Hanoun (where many of the bombs are launched from) and Sderot. Yet we never hear about the kibbutzim and the shared plight with the citizens of Sderot. The Government is waiting for a major catastrophe (i.e. death toll) before they act. . . and it is only a matter of time before our luck runs out.
