Why do you consider this to be child abuse? This is the culture the Palestinians have been living in. According to recent statistics, majority of the Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza, have been into Israeli Jails. Many of Palestinian children, including my self during my childhood, have seen their parents abused and insulted in Arabic and Hebrew and sometimes English at checkpoints. The image of an Israeli soldier is not a pleasant one. Childrens have this imprinted into their brains and hearts. To prove that, the first intifada or uprising was started and maintained by children, people who were born under occupation. They did not witness any way, like 1967 or 1948, but they lived the humilation and insult, the new comers from Europe, Poland, Russia, and else where brought to the Holy Land. Just like any other people, we would like to live in our space, have control over our land, and not compete with other foreign non indigenous cultures imposed on this region. But, it seems that people in this forum will never get this ides straight to their brains. And instead, they start talking about God, Hashem, promise land, and stuff like that. If you want a religious argument, then you are inclined to have and accept another one from the other side. Else, if you stick to History, then truely Palestinians are the owners of this land since their forefathers. Now of course, some of their forefathers happens to be Hebrews!
