1. Not Jewish ...
ben ,   singapore   (05.17.07)
Now ,cutting out electricity and water may be VERY TEMPTING, but such actions are not Jewish. Blast them OPENLY for every qassam with 10 in return. If you must do it go a head if that would educate the PA's. May they keep their children home but not let them in the street. Let the terrorsit come out and fight like man instead of playing SISI behind human sheild back up by the sisi human rights papers and the so called human rights activist. :) If PA CHILDREN get shot dont blame the IDF ! Theu want street fighting, give them one in Gaza itself ! Enough of Time GIVEN now the IDF ACTION IS I NEEDED ! TERRORISE THE TERRORIST !
2. Bibi,Israel does not have permission
Marcel ,   Florida   (05.17.07)
You have many good ideas but you know that Israel is under the yoke of U.S. dominance and is not permitted to defend herself. RESTRAINT and LIMITED response is only what the slave state of Israel is permitted to do so as not to endanger the Road Map of the Emperor Israel prostrates herself before.
3. I suggested that yesterday
Sam Weinstein ,   USA   (05.17.07)
Of course that would work except for one problem. I thought I read in a article on ynet that Peres has a economic stake in the power company and he vetoed that idea last time. I could be wrong
4. Bibi is right
Brod ,   USA   (05.17.07)
Bibi is right on target on this issue. It is time Olmert stops meeting the dark forces who are only trying to distract Israel's attention from focussing on defending itself from the rocket attacks from Gaza and Iran's nuke threat. Israel should put its full attention on these threats and aggressions.
5. Bibi, Honey, you've never stated the obvious
Talula ,   Israel   (05.17.07)
don't start now. Don't tell them what they are not doing, advise them of what they should be doing.
6. BIBI FOR PM!!!!!!

7. Bring it on Zionists. Elect Bibi "Nitin" Yahoooo
Hani ,   PALESTINE   (05.17.07)
8. SAME SONG AND DANCE
DAVID ,   JUDEA   (05.17.07)
I am sorry to say it but Bibi is a putz, like the rest of them. Lets not forget that most kadima loosers are ex likudniks. One can only expect the same nonsense if Bibi gets in. Unfortunaly there is no one out there with good leadership qualities. And in honesty it has been likud that has given away the land (sinai, hevron and gaza). In the end we are the mercy of a corrupt system run by a bunch of blind bats with dysfunctional radar systems.
9. #1 - No Free Pass
David ,   Israel   (05.17.07)
No free pass: You claim cutting off power and water (a very big leverage point at this time of year) isn't Jewish. Prove it. What's your underlying argument? Do you have a source? Its not like it stops us from taking other actions as well. I'm not buying your argument, mostly because you didn't make one.
10. #1, since when?
Antonio ,   Haifa   (05.17.07)
Is it Jewish to act like ghetto prisoners and work to aid our enemies and provide for them?
11. # 9 David
ben ,   singapore   (05.17.07)
It is inhumanity to deprive water and electricity because it is a basic utility issue form all common man. I said the other plauseble action is to go on a open military air strike. If that doesnt prove effective then stop the water and electricity. Read again and see the suggestions my friend in other pages and I made in this page too. It is clear if you cant see that simple answer go see a doctor check it out with you doctor. :)
12. # 10
(05.17.07)
I didnt not post abything as you claim - I never mention: that working to aid the enemies as getto prisoners :) go an read one more time. Read also my comment in response to # 9 too :)) The current Policy is : Terrorise The Terrorist blast them all right and proper.Full IDF Military air strike ,10 bombs for every qassam in return is what I reccomend .That is the jewish way -fight like a man staright face to face . Cutting Water and eletricity should be the last resort. Time to such responses and the response from the terrorist will make us choose the cutting of Water and Electricity. I cannot make it any clearer if you coose not to read and understand what I have to say. If you feel my suggestion is still unclear. I dont buy your false pretense either :)
13. Water? Lights? Action!
Gideon Reader ,   USA   (05.17.07)
#1-NOT JEWISH? Are you freaking nuts? I would poison their wells, salt their earth and slaughter every fifth male, until they get the idea. Of course cutting off the lights and water and sealing them in is a fine idea! The Pal are Islamofacists much lower on the animal world scale than a common garden slug. Beat them like a jungle drum until they understand the results of their negative actions. Never. NEVER reward negative behavior, and always, ALWAYS use disproportionate force.
14. Gideon Ezra - finally a Kadima MK makes some sense.
aaron ,   ra'anana   (05.17.07)
15. Bibi - The epitome of disproportionate-ness
Khalid   (05.17.07)
In response to a couple of qassams that injured a few people? CUT OFF WATER AND ELECTRICITY TO 1.5 MILLION CIVILLIANS. Yep, that truly is the Israeli way!
16. # 13 -Gideon Reader , USA (05.17.07)
ben ,   singapore   (05.17.07)
I am tempted to do the same as you suggest. I think give 10 return fire/ bomb for every Qassams sent so far. The iDF has tabulated the numbers so far and we are also keeping the record of the places where those qassams were originating from. So it is time to TERRORISE THE GAZA TERRORIST !
17. Bibi's overreaction
j ,   toronto   (05.17.07)
The stability of Palestine is in the best interest of Israel. Terrorism will spill over to Israel.
18. bibi is related to vilna Gaon listen to him
(05.17.07)
bibi has his genes traced to vilna Gaon. he is a righteous man. get him in there
19. Re: # 15 & 17 - Khalid - j
Mark ,   Georgia, USA   (05.17.07)
Khalid isn't true that 75% of all Pals agree with the terrorism Hamas incites and the daily attacks on civilians. From the ages 18 - 24 90% agree and under the age of 18 nearly 100% agree and approve of the killing of innocent civilians. So my answer to you is, yes cut off the services to 1.5 million Pals since most support terrorism and there is a price to pay for that support. j, toronto what stabiliy do you refer to. Terrorism is a daily against Israel. Here is a factoid in 2007; 247 Pals have been killed by their own infighting w/ 19 - women and 17 children murdered by Arab on Arab violence.
20. Figure out who to elect -- that is the big problem
Steve ,   USA   (05.17.07)
B"H This Hamas episode comes and goes because of who Israeli Jews elect to office. Educating the electorate is the only way to help this situation. Perhaps Sderot residents could be of assistance. How many are voting for withdrawals that lead to this crisis for them? We have to remember that Peretz is home-grown native of Sderot. But Barak is still looking tempting for many of them for some reason. Until Jews can figure out how to vote, I am not expecting much progress long-term.
21. #18- That means nothing.. Menashe the evil king was the son
LEE ,   NY, USA   (05.17.07)
of Tzidkiyahu the righteous. Sons of the righteous are not tzadikkim automatically, they need to earn it. Bibi has only proven that when he's in power, he yields to foreign influence and his campagin words fly out the window. Can that be compared with the leadership qualities of the Vilna Gaon? Putting them in the same sentence is an utter insult to such a great Tzadik.
22. 15 khalid...
(05.17.07)
okay, perhaps you have a point. What would you do as a fair and just alternative?
23. The answer is blowing in the wind.
Persian CAT   (05.18.07)
Stop killing the Palestinians. Bibi could not do a damn thing when he was in charge. What gives this washed out Zionist scum right to call the kettle black?
24. #22 - My 'fair and just alternative'
Khalid   (05.18.07)
Well, the only thing in my view that would be completely fair and just would be for Israel to fire equally as ineffective rockets right back into the Gaza Strip, as Hamas does into Israel. Then maybe we Palestinians can see what you all are complaining so angrily about. Of course Israel won't adopt this suggestion simply because the rockets wouldn't kill any Palestinians and would usually cause "no injuries or damage", as the usual reporting of rocket attacks tells us.
