I was really shocked when I read that Opera is going to Israel for solidarity.We in the Middle East think highly of her and we hope she would think more about it.We know that the Israeli influence is very strong in the united states but this should not fool someone like Opera.She always stood for opressed people and I am sure if she investigates more she would realize that the palestinians are not the terrorists they are merely defending themselves against death every single day of their lives.we have faith in you Opara and have always admired your courage.Please learn more about the situation in Palestine but make sure you do that from people who are not baiesed.

When Oprah had women who supported the suicide bombers on her show, I had lost a tremendous amount of respect for her and I emailed her telling her same. It is a free world as far as opinions go, but she never had a follow-up giving the Israeli position which I thought rather "strange" for lack of a better word. I am glad Oprah is coming to Israel, but I would also want Oprah to interview the women and children of Sderot to be aired for their opinion of what is happening to them perpetrated by the terror group of Hamas.

After reading a couple of pages of readers' comments I feel depressed. There are many comments that seem to come from people who are not constructive in their words and attitudes. If a person decides to visit a place, let that person visit the place. Why all the fear and paranoia? And if there is worry that the problem in that area will not be understood by the visitor, why not the visitor visit all sides invovled in the problem?
