Israel relying on Gaza gas is one of the most stupid deals that could be done... all it takes is for the palestians to kick out British Gas and cut off the supply to Israel leaving it without enough energy. Other power supplies need to be found, more investment in neuclear technology, wind power, solar power, wave power .. Israel is in a position to make use of all these technologies. The deserts of the Negev for solar power, the Golan for wind, the medeteranian for wave power and investment in a new more powerfull neuclear power station. If Israel needs gas then buy from somewhere like Turkey there is no need to rely on gas fields controled by the palestians.

It should be good news to Gaza citizens as well as the west bank. It well create hundreds of jobs to the Pals and move the economy of the PA towards reasonable standards.
