thanks! someone had to straighten this lunatic out. what angers me more than terrorism is stupidy and lack of knowledge, which this papa jay displays to extreme. by the way, the way i feel about arab terrorism is the way i feel about "the book" which advocates it. the kuran. arabs need to come out of arabia to see how civilized people behave. they need to watch the world not farfur or al manar. they need to pay close attention to the fact that civilizations and religions progressed and that, yes, we can question "the book". we can have an opinion without being governed by the "book" and the many mullahs and clerics that brainwash us with hate and propaganda. hate never brought peace. hate brings depression and misery to a person. the palestinians are victims of their own leaders and the entire arab countries surrounding them. when i think about what a small country like israil acheived in 59 years, i am ashamed to look at my own people and see that they have never done anything except hate and collect sand. the arab world has to wake up and start questioning why that is. why israel is prosperous and advanced and they are not, given they are much much wealthier in natural resources than israel is. i believe it is called stupidity and there is plenty of it in our arab countries.

for displacing a million Jews from middle eastern arab/moslem countries? Can I sue the arabs for taking Jewish lands from us throughout history? Can I sue the arab/moslem peoples for general lack of respect for humanity? What's that worth? let's look into that. I guess it's time Disney sues for farfur impersonating Mickey Mouse.

An estimated 70% of the Arabs left without ever seeing a Jewish soldier. As poster #18 stated, the Arabs were told they could stay and they would not be harmed. An estimated 200,000 Arabs remained and continue to representn the most economically advantaged Arabs in the ME. A British police report to Jerusalem Headquarters on April 26, 1948 attested: "every effort is being made by the Jews to persuade the Arab population to stay and carry on with their normal lives..." No one physically stopped the Arabs from leaving nor did anyone boot them out, force them out or drive them out. There is no evidence of this occuring. In some parts of the country, fighting between Arabs and Jews did take place but the Jewish soldiers were tenacious and victorious. The ones who told the Arabs to leave were the Arab propagandists in Beirut, Damascus, Amman, Jerusalem and other Persian Gulf states including the Arab Higher Committee who broadcast from the Near East Arabic Broadcasting station. The Arabs were told to leave their homes temporarily in order to get out of the way of the Arab invasion armies and once these armies smashed and obliterated the Jews and drove them into the sea, they would be compensated with the property and land that belonged to the Jews. The propagandists threatened those who remained would hanged as collaborators with the Jews during the promised bloodbath. In Haifa on April 27, 1948, the Arab National Committee refused to sign a truce, reporting in a memorandum to the Arab League Governments: "when the delegation entered the conference room it proudly refused to sign the truce and asked that the evacuation of the Arab population and their transfer to neighboring Arab countries be facilitated...The military and civil authorities and the Jewish representatives expressed their regret. The mayor of Haifa (Shabtai Levi) adjourned the meeting with an appeal to the Arab population to reconsider its decision. On May 15, 1948, the Mufti of Jerusalem appealed to the Arabs of Palestine to leave the country because the Arab armies were about to enter and fight. They were defeated in a battle they started. When you look at the chronology, you realize not much as changed for the Palestinians. They're still listening to and being led by Arab/Muslim propagandists who use them and give them bad advice. Instead of moving forward, their armed struggle keeps them frozen in oblivion while non-violent Palestinians have become silent prisoners in an armed jungle.

Only a fool of a judge or a lawyer would suggest that the p.a. is a sovereign entity. the p.a. meets none of the requirements to be considered having sovereignty. DK
