Sderot is right next to the Gaza Strip, and is thus an pointless provocation against the Palestinians. Israel has no justifiable reason for being there. As long as Jews continue to insist on settling in places like Sderot, there can be no peace. All Jews should be evacuated from Sderot, forcibly if neccessary, and without delay.

Condolences to the families that have lost loved ones. Do not condemn the families that leave Sderot, they are thinking of the lives and wellbeing of their familes,which is the most important thing. Children donot need to have the stress that the residents of Sderot have been feeling dayin and day out. Let those of you who object to the citizens living in Sderot leaving their home, leave your comfortable safe homes in Tel Aviv,Jerusalem and else where and go live in the homes of those Sderot residents that left. Some how I think that many of you would not. The people of Sderot have the right to decide if they want to stay or go, not you or I. For what it is worth,I went through the war in the north last summer,I had to stay in Haifa for Radiation treatments in Rambam,I was scared the entire time, I sent my kids away south, believe me, If I could have gotten away and been able to get my radiation treatment else where I would have! My kids & I still feel the stress from last summers war,the fireworks that they had for Memorial Day, and ones that were lit on Lag Boemer were frightening reminders of the war last summer, and sent my kids scurring for cover!
