Real-estate prices a myth     Sever Plocker
1. Plawker is an unappreciative fawker
I would much prefer to live in a TA apartment on Rothschild than in San Fransisco, and would definitely pay a premium for it.

2. Real Estate Prices
Thank you, the only thing you didn't mention was the very consistent inability to build a project in Tel Aviv that has proper construction and doesn't become flawed because of faulty work.
zevchi ,   kfar saba   (06.01.07)
3. Realy ! the milked teat spans from San Francisco to TA;
a little more than the length of the Golden Gate bridge. Those Israelis are clever in maneuvering the milking process !

6. FOREIGN INVESTMENT IN REAL ESTATE SHOULD BE REGULATED
we are tired of foreigners buying old apartments afraid that things are going to get worse in Europe. Why not to use the Australian model that restricts acquisition of old apts by non-residents while allowing them to buy new units?

7. # 5 - U R unfair & ridiculous

9. just one question for the author...
Why would you be concerned that a million dollar apartment doesn't have access to public transportaion? When is the last time gaydmark (or however you spell it) took a bus?
(06.01.07)
10. #10 - real estate sales are a matter of public record....
any lies can be debunked easily, no?

In 1997 I paid $875000 for 8 unit apt. building. Now it worth cool $ 2500000.Not bad. For you I'll give a rent brake (2 bedrooms for $ 2500 a month):-)

Your California real-estate bubble is popping soon, 2.5 million is a nice price on paper. Try sell it for that u won't get it
Dave ,   Herzliya   (06.02.07)
13. Damn, I wish I had enough money for 4 rooms in ramatgan
But, anyway, I wouldn't trade my trouble with anyone else since it's only human nature not to appreciate what you got.
