31. The Perils Of Backing The Wrong Horse.
Terry ,   Eilat, Israel   (06.14.07)
It's likely a lot of it is true. I hope that Hamas does make public any documents they captured - nothing like transparency or as they say, "truth will out". This is the result of "supporting moderates" - without critical thinking, without hard analysis, with zero common sense & absolutely no judgement. This is the same wishful thinking that made a mess out of Oslo. Sure, Arafat would become a man of peace, no problem importing a bunch of terrorists to run a dictatorship. "Now look at the mess you got us into" - a sort of quote from Laurel & Hardy. So, the architect of this mess just became president of Israel. And where is Condoleeza Rice, who just loves "moderates" even if they don't exist? I won't comment on the Europeans, they've been brain-dead for years. Don't get me wrong - I'm not a Hamas supporter. They will have to be dealt with eventually & I don't mean negotiations. But if all this documentation is for real (and I can't help but believe it is) it will make terrific reading. And doubt not, it will be great ammunition for Islamic crazies all over the world.
32. tick tock hamas
rj ,   england   (06.14.07)
this is just another ploy to try and incriminate and involve Israel into palestinians inside troubles...neither fatah or hamas can take blame for their savage actions so sooner or later they would blame it on Israel....hamas tick tock your time is coming to an end and the palestinians who voted you in foolishly are realising this mistake each and every hour now...
33. So, business as usual?
Paul ,   Austin, USA   (06.14.07)
How does this change anything for anyone but Fatah?
34. So What
john ,   nz   (06.14.07)
At least now they knew the whole world is against them.. of cos other than Evil Empire Iran. Even better, these documents will further add more fuel to fire.. more infighting is Israel gain
35. These papers just released!!!!

Fred may have been sleeping with Betty behind Barney's back!
36. We are the elected govt and we represent the Palestinians
Meir Elazar   (06.14.07)
"We are the elected government and we represent the Palestinian public's legitimacy," said Hamas. Palestinians will now reap the rewards of their democratic elections. Good luck. If you thought things were bad before and Hamas represented hope, you could not have been more wrong.
37. why they are in black; they are not Shiite

40. Stupid Aussie # 6
Isreai Supporter ,   Jamaica & USA   (06.14.07)
So, you are afraid of Arab anger huh? I notice you did not say Muslim, but Arab. That is instructive, because, Islam, is largely an Arab religion. Through violence and in intimidation, they have mamaged to impose it on about 20 % of humanity, and so, there is the feeling that many of them carry that thay have a monopoly on violence! Well, Aussie, I got news for you, the Arabs/ Muslims do nit have a monopoly on violence. Rather, I would like you to urge them to consider that countless numbers of them may not survive the fight that you and they are seeking. Hamas, like Hezbollah and other violent Islamist groups, are determined to subjugate everyone else. That much is certain. They and the likes of this stupid Aussie, are convinced that they were ordained to rule gthe rule. Of course, the rest of us, pretty much know, and will at the right time, prove that these idiots are delusional. Just you wait and see. No one, but Hamass, believe in the nonsense about some kind of Isreali - Fatah nexus as is allegedly shown by the so called documents. The rest of us are patiently, waiting for the karge numbers of Hamas fighters that will be killed by the next roound of fighting with the IDF. So far, many dozens of them were slaughtered when they fired a couple their noisy erratic and largely useless Qassam! Of course, this does not even include the many hundreds that died ignominously last year after the capture of Shalit. Lets wait for the slaughter to begin by the IDF meat grinder!
41. #6, of course it is so obvious
Danny   (06.14.07)
Israel withdraws from Gaza and it is chaos and Hamas fires on Sderot and Ashquelon. Israel withdraws from South Lebanon and it gets Hizbollah on the border, repeated kidnapping attempts, shelling and a full blown war. Israel doesn't withdraw from the Golan and get 34 years of complete silence. Israel doesn't withdraw from the West Bank and East Jerusalem and there is virtual silence - the odd suicide bomber. I think there is a message in here somewhere.... Let me think, where we have pulled out there is violence, where we haven't no violence... I wonder what the lesson here is?
42. Can you imagine what arafat would've thought of all this??
nathan   (06.14.07)
43. Is it too late to send Fatah more weapons to defend Gaza?
merlin ,   boston, usa   (06.14.07)
Oh, oops, all those weapons are now in the hands of Hamas. The West Bank is next.
44. #41- Danny -Well put, at kindergarten level of understanding
Gary ,   USA   (06.15.07)
But maybe it's still too complex for Mr Olmert and all his leftist friends and admirers. Perhaps it would help if you added some simple colored pictures before you send it to the Knesset. And maybe no more than eight words per sentence. No. It's hopeless. They understand perfectly well. But they have their own agenda, and it's not a good one for Israel.

47. Duty Of USA To Bomb & Destroy Iranian Nuclear Facilities !!
Maansingh ,   The Netherlands   (06.15.07)
"... Hamas says it is prepared ... the isolation of Gaza ...". THIS means that the Ayatollah-Regime of Teheran has extended its tentacles deep into the Gazan society. HOW come the Ayatollah Regime has become so emboldened as to penetrate into Gaza Strip ??? THIS is because by the end of July, 2007 Iran will be running close to 3,000 uranium-enrichment centrifuges -- this number is the point of NO RETURN for being able to assemble nuclear bombs -- according to IAEA chief Mohammed El-Baradei. ACTION To Be Taken : IT is the DUTY of USA to bomb and destroy those nuclear facilities !!! BTW the Israeli Air Force should NOT take part in the bombing of those Iranian nuclear facilities. BTW foreign troops should NOT put foot on Iranian soil. CONCLUSION : Iran being bereft of their dreamed-off nuclear bombs will than back-off from their conquest tour NOW taking place in Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Gaza Strip and, as discovered only a few days ago, also in Afghanistan.
48. To David#6. Anger Destroys Intelligence.
Maansingh ,   The Netherlands   (06.15.07)
You write :".. Israeli illegal occupation ...". It is NOT called occupation -- it is called RECOVERED Israeli land. GET your history right !!! BTW those running a country should NOT be governed by anger. Angry people, like terrorists and armed gangsters, are NOT able to properly manage a country. WHY not ?? Because anger destroys intelligence. And you need intelligence to rule a country.
49. #6 you forgot
RJ ,   Canada   (06.15.07)
to add the USA to those who are responsible for the mess in the Palestinian Territories. Without US moneys and weapons, Israel wouldn't be able to control and terrorize the lives as Palestinians like they do.
50. To Danny #41. Good analysis.
Maansingh ,   The Netherlands   (06.15.07)
You write :".., where we haven't no violence ...". Good analysis. Thank you.
