In the nation that I am from, the United States, there is a constitution that says "Congress shall make no law ... abriding the freedom of speech". Historically, when a government goes out of its way to silence something from being said, it is worried that the speech is so dangerous that it will undermine it. If a certain speech is so dangerous that it can't be properly refuted but instead outlawed, there is a strong chance that there may be some unpleasant truth latent in the banned speech.

I don't know if you were serious, but if Israel is now a multinational state, this case is evidence of the tyranny of multiculturalism. Just look at the prime example of a multi ethnic country: the Soviet Union. In the US, we have a similar problem. Anyone who says that whites have on average higher IQs than blacks and that IQ is hereditary or that massive Hispanic immigration isn't the greatest thing ever to happen to mankind risks losing his job. Multicultural usually is a code word for anti-white, as the third world and Muslim cultures usually prevail through greater birthrates and collectivism. By 50 years, all that will be left of Israel is the Tel Aviv area with a significant Arab minority. 100 years from now Israel won't exist and your descendants will be in Western Europe. Western Europe will be in the same predicament as Israel was in the 1970s with regards to its Muslim minorities. America meanwhile will have Spanish be the state language of Texas and California and Arizona and New Mexico, because all resistance to the events that will cause it to happen is banned.
