It is obvious that the majority of Israelis would support Israel completely getting out of the west bank and parts of east jerusalem, if terrorism were to stop. But for the majority of palestinians, they make no distinction between Nablus and Jaffa, Gaza or Haifa. To them, it is all occupied land. Both sides have definitely made mistakes, but Israel has shown a far greater willingness for concessions to peacce than the Palestinians.

It seems that your premise is misguided by one central concept- natives. Why are Palestinians any more "natives of this land" than Jews who actually have a historical proof of residence. If it is because they were here because of earlier conquests then you say might makes right (i.e. they took the land). In that case, we have taken it back and we are now the natives. If it is based on time or length of stay, we can prove earlier (and continuous) residence, so we are the natives. In other words, this is Jewish land and all negotiations should be around what can they do to be a part of Jewish land.
