Israel already has strict traffic laws and harsh penalties the problem is simply one of ENFORCMENT. The solution give cops video cameras and or ordionary cameras .Then give them 10% of every fine they levy as long as the offence is documented on camera.(or blood test for alcohol/drugs) As they say in the classics money talks-and there is no doubt it will encourage our boys in blue to do their bit.
