Wishful thinking. Hizbullah has won this war and the bitter taste of this victory still lingers on amongst Istaelis. They taught you a very good lesson and it was about time too.
2. This is the blind leading the blind. Both fall in the ditch.

These people complain more than the Yids on Long Island! And they accomplish so much less with their lives. Remarkable.
4. Lesson learned: next time don't mess with us.
Tahl ,   Israel   (07.14.07)
Over 600 Hizbullah fighters dead, over 1000 injured, the Hizbullah central command pulverized to dust, a million homeless refugees, the economy stuttering, political turmoil, no tourists, UNIFIL soldiers preventing Hizbullah from approaching the border, Nassarallah losing popularity and still living like scared mouse underground. Sounds more like a divine butt-kicking than a "victory" to me.
5. Well, well, well...
M. Hartley ,   Atlanta, US   (07.14.07)
All the perfume of that "Scent of Resistance" celebrating Hassan's Divine Victory of last summer is starting to stink to high heaven. Welcome to reality!
6. #1 Ben Laden is teaching Britain a lesson
(07.14.07)
#1 of Britain. Maybe Ben Laden is teaching the British a lesson. The hatred of Israel in Britain is caused by your antisemitism.
7. see picture for definite proof:

G.D bless I D F, the only ones to enforce KYOTO (mis)-agreements!
8. #1 and Victory, tell me how does it taste?
Mark ,   Georgia, USA   (07.14.07)
Oh, thats right your in London not living in the rubble of S. Lebanon. While you can argue that at first Hizbo had a PR victory as the truth comes out it will completely evaporate, and already is on thin ice. There was a very good lesson taught to Israel on asymmetrical warfare and they learn from their mistakes. Only a fool doesn't review past performance and improve the system. Israel does this in a free and open press. You see anyone can be critical of Israel the government or its leaders and not have to worry about being murdered in the middle of the night. Unlike Lebanon where reporters are escorted by armed guards. Who watch them and who they speak to, where kids on scooters ride around looking for people to turn in like the Nazi youth squads. Dream a little dream for me Mark from Georgia
9. BottomLine::‘divine victory’ made Nasrallah homeless too !!

12. #1 Mark, it's about time you change your name to Muhammad->
The Doc ,   Haifa, Israel   (07.15.07)
-> cover your wife with a veil and send your kids to a Mosque for some religious teachings (on how to become suicide bombers). Yes, it's about time too!

It is about time you changed your name to nasrullah and emigrate to Lebanon as the next clash will leave Haifa in total ruins.Try also to learn Arabic it will come to use you never know.Hizbullah won the war and you couldn't even free your two soldiers. What are you bragging about.? You can't fool anyone anymore.

Tammy ,   New York   (07.15.07)
Your casualty figures are only made up by our mass media in the US. Let's face it Nasrulla is more popular and trustworthy than Olmert and Livni in Israel.Butt-kicking without being able to free the two captured IDF soldiers is not even worth a dime.
15. TO #6
Mark ,   UK   (07.15.07)
I am not antisemitic, but a realist..Stop branding people with antisemitism. This is an old trick that as soon as you run out of logic you resort to labeling the opposition. This is not very clever and it only proves how illogical and fanatical some Jews are.

Yaron ,   USA   (07.15.07)
...you mean the way your sailors folded like cheap cameras to the Iranians OR the way you are being taught a well-deserved lesson in the South of Iraq by the Shia insurgents? Ironic that the British caused most of the problems in the ME yet you sit their smug in London "enlightened" only by your ignorance. Only anecdotal anyway...when insurgents fight from behind the skirts of their mothers and wives, it makes it difficult for an organized army to defeat according to the rules of war you mental midget...OK? No matter British, American, or Israeli...got it smart guy?
17. #16 OOOOO, wer'e all so scared of you smart guy.

Maybe now the IDF can give Bashar Assad a "divine victory"!
20. In response to #1
Future1   (07.15.07)
Israel lost. Israel can no longer fight and win a war in S. Lebanon given the popular support for Hezobllah. No trophy system or advanced war planning can change this BUT there are 400,000 hungry palestinian Lions that are sick and tired of being in their cages. When the Lebanese govt falters, Hezbollah understands the Lions that once ruled them will be out of their cages and looking for food. Have a nice day Nasrallah.
21. Give Mark the brit a break
DavidM ,   Cranston, New Englan   (07.15.07)
London is now called Londistan, the muslems have already decided that when they come to power, they will allow the dhimmis to have their alcohol. And Mark, if the shoe fits, wear it. Anyone who knows the history of the region and thinks the arabs are all peace loving brothers while the Israelis sitting on less than 1% of the land are the troublemakers, has to have a mind clouded by anti-semitism.
22. to all of the above.
jonathan ,   nyc. n.y   (07.15.07)
so the jewish state measures victory by the amount of physical destruction, murdered civilians and the number of civilian refugees ??? no one won that war. not israel, who in some ways was defeated militarily (i wonder what would have happened if HA had an air force ) on the ground, nor HA who caused misery and pain for innocents and the lebanese as a whole and lebanon as a country...
23. Throw that bastard out of Lebanon.

Adele ,   Herzylia,Israel   (07.15.07)
name calling and past hate only will assure ongoing grief for all the peoples of this region...as an Israeli citizen let me say to those of you who rejoice in teaching us a lesson ...we only learn to love our country more and seek to improve and empower our defence forces....we do it openly because that is our nature...our neighbors have the Golden opportunity to live next to a people who could enrich their lives in every way...instead they remain enemies and threaten us...we would perfer to live with peaceful open secure borders for all untill that occurs we will protect ourselves as is our right...the Lebenese in our prisions also wish to return home, another failure of the Hate Message keeps them from being exchanged...let us all grow up on this planet and find life a gift worth devoting ourselves to.
