Out of those four nations will come a little horn Daniel described as the most evil leader there has ever been. The Covenant of Death of Daniel, a peace treaty of seven years may be the New ENPI that was signed. If so, the Third Temple will be rebuilt within 3 and a half years. Then the person who is the little horn will enter the Third Temple and say he/she is god when that is not true. Then a slaughter will occur on the West Bank and shortly after that two thirds of the people on earth and in Israel will die. Read Zechariah's prophecies as well as Daniel's. Isaiah 17:1 says Damascus will cease to be a city and will be a heap of rubble. Try to be among the third of Israelis who see the Messiah come by drawing close to Hashem. There will be a great slaughter of Christians world wide and many others who do not take the mark of the little horn which is in the forehead or right hand and is associated with the number 666.

This is one of the more intelligent posts on this website. I have not read the book you reference but I am presently reading "Jesus the Messiah" by Alfred Edersheim,published in the 1880's. Alfred was a convert from Judaism to Yeshua and a recognised expert in 1st. century Jewish Rabbinic culture and beliefs. From his writings it is clear he loves the Lord Yeshua and the Father whom He reveals to us. It was Yeshua who taught us to love our enemies and as He Himself says He fulfils the Torah, the Law and the Prophets. Therefore to live in Him and He in my spirit, to be led by His Spirit, is also to fulfil all the commandments of the Father. The Word and the Spirit cannot be separated. To do so is to end in the flesh, the carnal mind, which is enmity to God. This was the condition of 1st. century Rabbinic Judaism and it is the condition of the institutional Christian Church today. They seek to implement their beliefs by carnal means, even to the extent of urging their government to kill those who oppose the idol of their hearts, the State of Israel. There is only one God, the Father, and one mediator between God and man, a Man, Messiah Yeshua. He seeks worshippers who worship Him in spirit and in truth. The true war is not on earth but in the heavens of our own hearts and bodies. Our outer man is perishing so we seek Him and His righteousness in the inner man, for our life is hid with Messiah in God. His purpose is that in the end He will be All in All. Amen.
