been required to provide buyers with bank guarentees since the Gindi and Clarin "bankrupcies" of the 1980s?

t This gov't is too busy giving to the arabs and the peace nowniks to care for regular israeli citizens and protecting their investments, property or welfare. It;s kinda like Sederot, Gush Katif, etc. no help just business as usual

Why should the government bail out a private company that went belly up? And it turns out a lot of buyers that lost their homes turned down a ban guarentee, prefering a discount on the Heftsiba apartment instead.
