I am sorry to hear this story. I consider this action as a serious crime and the person who was behind of this crime (the perpetrator) must be punished. I think that the young girl should be smart and aware that they well be subjected of mistreatment by stupid guys if they don’t use their mind before taking any decision. Many of our young people are empty headed morons - the product of a failed educational system, lack of parental supervision, & the "modern" life-style. I see them every day - at the mall, on the beach-front, etc. with the extreme hair styles, the tatoos, piercing, etc. We have a large catagory of under-achievers - and in large measure, this is the fault of our lousy educational system.

b'cos you see the same thing in progressive non-jewish societies in germany, england, usa, in spite of their superior secular education systems. however, you don't see much of this in traditional jewish communities, in the galat - be it in the muslim or western galut. So what is lacking is torah-based education.
