Attacks on military targets are not terrorism – as simple as that. therefor this failed attack is not terrorism. This attack however does not mean that Hamas and other Palestinian mass murder organizations got conscience all of a sudden. The IDF has successfully shut down most access ways from the Gaza strip to civilian targets in Israel. So reluctantly they are targeting soldiers. They are far more available there then our civilians. And they can also protect themselves, which is why so far all these attempts had failed. This adds an important light on the subject of suicide bombers. They are at their most murderous effectiveness against unarmed civilians but quit useless against a well-prepared military force. In the handful of such attacks that were carried out in the strip since the pullout they had successfully scratched 2 Givati soldiers. And one more thing, using children as weapons is just as monstrous as deliberately killing children.
