My understanding of a contract--which the oslo accords and successive deals are predicated on---is that BOTH parties have a meeting of the minds and BOTH parties execute the steps agreed to and required by the contract in order for it to be legally binding. A meeting of the minds constitutes both parties understand and agree to the terms of the contract. Based on these predicates, neither the Oslo Accords or any other doctrines that followed are legal nor binding. The "palis" agreed to renounce terrorism---that has never happened. The Israelis believed the Land for Peace deals would bring them peace, security and a total respite from any type of terrorism. Wrong and they were deliberately misled to enter these Accords. Therefore, there has never been a meeting of the minds and the palis never delivered on any of the contractual conditions. Null and void in any country. Stop the BS---Israel is not and has never been bound by any peace deal because any peace deal has never yielded peace.--just terrorism and deah and a smaller geographica; country that never truly threatens their existence in size and from their murderous neighbors. Therefore, all past and future agreements are rendered Null and void. Let's concentrate on ending this madness, annexing our territories and paying the palis to leave.
