Prisoners, roadblocks, settlements are symptoms of the problem which is occupation, once the occupation is dissolved all those problems will seize to exist. But releasing some prisoners every 6 months or removing a roadblock here or there is baloney while Israel occupation of W Bank and Jerusalem goes on because Israel can detain 1000s of Palestinians and create 100s of roadblocks the very next day.

Perhaps try looking at civilian casualties on both sides and then compare who has infact suffered the most as a direct consequence of the others actions. Then weigh up both sides. This will then give you an indication of who is the real victim of terrorism.
