31. Johannes...You presume to lecture Israel on …
ER ,   Canada   (09.27.07)
...abiding by International Law. Wow! After all the carnage your compatriots caused by their little experiment a few years back, one would think you might be more concerned about clipping the wings of similar-minded lunatic, copy-cat societies. If only we had done to your country in 1939 what Israel has done to Iraq and Syria, humanity would be better off for it. After causing a century of chaos, Germans have not earned the right to lecture the free world!

then, i suggest sir, that you go back to school asap and post haste, so that you can educate yourself further since it is obvious you have no clue as to mid east affairs and your students may indeed suffer as a result. an antisemite is not fit to educate the future german generation considering their forefathers and descendants were so instrumental in that antisemitism. hit the books and spare us your amaturist opinions regarding international law. please read the nurenberg trials for starters to educate and improve your non too expert opinions on the subject of international law!
33. Hillary just loves the Jewish Lobby in America

you claim that you have been born "more than 40 years after the end of ww2", and that you are an "expert at international affairs and that you also teach it". if you were born more than 40 years post ww2, say 1945, that would make you 22 years old....1945 plus 40 years equals 1985, the year you claim that you were born in a free germany. you claim that it was 40 years and MORE. that may even make you younger than 22 years old. now, let's do some constructive math here..... considering you are an "expert of international affairs and international law".....one needs a masters and a phd to be an expert on anything in the free world, expertise that takes years past 22 years of age to attain. such as 2 years extra of a masters degree and then 4 more years of a phd degree plus one extra year for a dissertation and a phd approved thesis. AND YOU GOT ALL THAT ONLY IN 22 YEARS? YOU MUST BE SOME GENIUS, BECAUSE IT TOOK ME TO GO TO UNIVERSITY AND BECOME AN EXPERT ON INTERNATIONAL LAW ON A FULL TIME BASIS ALMOST 5-6 EXTRA YEARS AFTER I GRADUATED MY UNDERGRADUATE DEGEREE AT HARVARD UNIVERSITY IN INTERNATIONAL RELATION AND MID EAST AFFAIRS. so, you are a 22 years old professor? maybe one of those child prodigy the papers rave about. please sir, quit your rambling. it is unbecoming and sounds 100% moronic and useless. from a professor at harvard with a phd and an expert on internation mid east affairs.....also not jewish. so, you can't blame me for pro zionism or sympathies with what you call "the jews". sir, your statements reek of prejudice and a very keen and deep lack of expertise of any kind. i suggest you hit the books asap and educate yourself.

I didn't realize there was a neo-nazi group in Canada. Your ridiculous talkback is filled with so much ignorant propoganda, it sounds like you are from Iran. Is Ian even your real name or is it Ahmed or Mahmood??? People like you who think Jews run and control everything are so misled and ignorant it is sickening.

ER ,   Canada   (09.27.07)
Are you sure you are called Ian and from Canada? One thing for sure, your not from my Canada! We love our brothers from the USA almost as much as those from IL. We (Brits) made some awful mistakes in the Holy Land in 1948, which we readily admit.

Well, mr. Professor, first of all I kindly ask you to accept my apologies for my bad English. It is not my native tongue and by far not perfect. I am very aware of that. Furthermore, I kindly ask you to take note of the fact that I was talking about international law. I don’t teach international affairs nor do I claim to have a special knowledge in that subject. Moreover, I think the talkback of ynet it not the right place for a deep and profound analysis, neither of international affairs nor of the actual situation under international law. The talkback is meant as a place where you say your opinion. I did say that I think that the violation of the Syrian airspace is a violation of international law. After all, I kindly ask you to keep your arrogant insults to yourself and to provide some reasonable arguments. Essentially you said that my English is bad, that my analysis does not go into depth and that I am too stupid to teach. Fair enough. If that kind of bullshitting around is enough to become a teacher in Texas……you can't even distinguish between international law and international affairs. Apart from that I invite you to continue that discussion in German if you want to see me writing a language perfectly. I wonder if you can express yourself in any foreign language.

Do you have anything to say apart from dwelling upon the fact that I am German? If your intellectual capacity is not sufficient enough to understand that my generation has nothing to do with the atrocitites committed in the 1930's and 1940's then please shut up.

yes, there is in fact a difference between internaqtional law and international affairs. however, those who are familiar and experts in one are experts with the other. they are very much interelated here in the united states and most universities as well as myself take great care in teaching them as an interelated issue and subjects. i have traveled all over the world specializing in issues you are an "expert " on and speak five different languages fluently commanding fluent verb structure, reading and writing capabilities. i am also an arab by nationality so you have no claim to insist that my view or knowledged is skewed towards the arab side. i am neither jewish nor christian, but an independent modern muslim who after seventy two years has seen enough history on the ground to sabstantiate a truly "expert opinion" on the subjects you mentioned in your talk back. what infuriates me the most about people like yourself is their tendency to think that their views are completely based on superior knowledge and deep research. sir, a law degree from germany doesn't give one the needed perspective of the political situation in the middle east of which i am an expert on, not you. i am not pro israel, pro usa or pro arab. it is my position to analyze the content of what occures on the ground that is based on reality rather than opinions and feelings. what i see you are trying to relay to your "audience" here is based neither on deep understanding or cultural exposure. international law, the kind we understand here in the united states is based on the premise that every national sovereign independent country belonging to the un body has a definite right for self determination, existance and continued support by the international community; be they the democrats in the usa, usa international policy or religious jewish organizations working to benefit the israeli people. no shame it that. these organizations are not doing anything that is illegal in the scope of international law. additionally, arabs have tremenduous clout via their own organizations to skew and influence the american vote. let's not start pinning arab lobbys here against the jewish lobby. i am darn sure both do their outmost to bring people and their decisions on their sides. this is a democracy and as long as neither bribes politicians in congress and the house, they both have 100% freedom to influence whatever they like. comments such as yours and others that the jewish lobby is the most powerful in the usa and that politicians here are 100% supportive of it is hog wash and couldn't be further from the truth. americans support their own interests abroad; mainly oil and natural resources. israel has none, to say the least. americans, free and democratic, have a shared ideology with israel both being humane and democratic advanced societies. this is what binds them together rather than your percieved strength of the jewish lobby. the usa also supports israel for moral reasons based on shared ideology and views.

Your arguments on international law speaks for its self. You simply donot know any thing about international law. If you did you would not make ignorant arguments. Why dont you shut up and go back to your studies.

Once again, the US and hence, the world is being put up for more fighting on behalf of israel. Do israelis get sick of having America do their fighting for them, while they crush, maim, kill, murder and bomb Palestinian women, men, and children?
