HOWEVER, what you have overlooked is the fact that only the NEW TESTAMENT uses the word "Greek." It never appears even once in the Tanakh. And, for the record, the word "Grecian" is not in the Strong's Concordance. Secondly, the Hebrew word used at Daniel 8:5 is ארץ, or "erets," which CAN mean earth, but USUALLY means "land or territory." So the goat doesn't come from the "western most ends of the earth" as you stated, it comes from the west end of the land or territory -- there's quite a bit of difference. Again, the Greeks plainly fulfilled this prophecy. You cannot argue that the Greek empire was split into 4 after Alexander died, can you? Your suggestion that Dan. 8:5 mentions airplanes is ... well, I'll be nice and just say "wrong." History records that, when Alexander invaded the various lands, he conquered them so swiftly that battles were barely necessary. This is the reason why the Grecian empire is described by Daniel at 7:6 as a leopard with wings.
