1. And yet the international community...
DR ,   Florida, USA   (10.10.07)
stays silent and expects Israel to hand over more land??? Talk about a double standard for Israel. This is outrageous!!!
2. And We Are Giving Up JERUSALEM???

3. Not to worry
Samuel Devilsson ,   Lakewood USA   (10.10.07)
No need to worry anymore. Barak has assured us that Israel will soon be able to knock down these rockets with new IDF technology. This may even be a starting point for being able to withdraw safely! If we can knock the rockets down they won't be able to hurt you. Especially with the inpeneterable safety wall stoping suicidals. Way to go Barak!! Way to go IDF! Exciting times for Israel! G-d bless Jewish Technology! Signed, The Devils Advocate...
4. What's happening with the Israeli army? Where are the IDF?
Harry ,   Tel Aviv   (10.10.07)
Is the sole purpose of the Israeli army to drive Jews from their homes?
5. And we are still supplying gasoline and electriicity !
redmiike ,   tel aviv   (10.10.07)
I won't say, 'let's get rid of the Olmert junta" because we all want that, but .. lets get rid of Olmert and his Trotskyist family - soon- real soon! He is worse than pathetic and very dangerous!
6. How times have changed!!
Dov ,   canada   (10.10.07)
I recall not long ago when Palestinians would not dare shell Israel Proper, as they feared a swift and punishing IDF retaliation. Today, it is literally raining Kassams and Mortars everywhere, and the Jewish state’s leadership now calls it "a low-profile terror activity" How comforting!
7. to #4 Probably training to remove Jews

from Judea and Shomron.
8. Give me a break!
Richard ,   New York, USA   (10.10.07)
Most of those rocket attacks did no damage and blew up in empty fields. I could hardly call that a serious threat against Israel. How can the IDF feel good about beating up on those poor people?
9. THIS SHOULD MAKE IT TO FRONT PAGE NOW!!!
(10.10.07)
Right-wing activists hold protest against Ramon Right-wing activists are holding a protest in Kibbutz Gaash against Vice Premier Haim Ramon over remarks that Israel should cede Arab areas in east Jerusalem to the Palestinians. Ramon is getting married in the Kibbutz tonight. (Efrat Weiss, Ynet Updates) http://www.ynetnews.com/articles/0,7340,L-3458649,00.html
10. #5 raises a rather good point
Cameron ,   USA   (10.10.07)
What the Hell are Olmert & crew thinking when they still allow electricity and gasoline into Gaza? A this point, it would do the people of Gaza a world of good to collectively sit in the dark and cars that no longer move. Time for the Gaza folk to seriously reconsider their behavior and options at this period in time.
11. Not good-the headlines says it all
Yakov ,   USA   (10.10.07)
about current policies vs. the Palestinians. What's more, it likely could have been prevented.
12. #8, you would've run from the first 'boom'
Shlomy ,   Sderot   (10.11.07)
robber bullets also don't do so much damage, but it didn't stop the entire world from complaining and going crazy when IDF use them. if someone held a gun at you and he kept missing, would you just stand and watch him reload, saying "that's okay, he's a bad aimer, he's no threat" until he finally gets lucky? no. you'd beat the mofo down.
13. #8 Richard...the reasoning of a goat!
DR ,   Florida, USA   (10.11.07)
Does it really matter if these rockets hit a field, a house, a school? The point is that Israelis are being terrorized daily with these rockets and any other country in the world would have already responded much more harshly to this kind of act. You are an ass if you think Israel should just sit back and let this continue!!!
14. So what did they increase from?
Sol Salbe ,   Melbourne Australia   (10.11.07)
Surely if the IDF asserts that the number has increased dramatically we should be provided with the figure for rocket attacks BEFORE the Hamas takeover so we can decide for ourselves if the change is indeed dramatic?
